Dead or Alive?

"B! You still there!? Hang on, B!" Cyborg called.

Beastboy was rushed in the infirmary and Raven was sweating cold because she was thinking about him. They were together in the fight. Robin told Starfire to go with Cyborg so he can talk to Raven.

"Raven. You're with him. What happened?"

"I...I don't know. I heard him scream when I got up."

"You should've helped him! You weren't there to watch him!"

"I'm not."

"Then what happened!? And you're just here! Unhurt! Beastboy could die because of you!"

He left Raven. Raven looked at him as he got inside sadly. She pushed her cloak back and her injuries were all revealed. There were scratches and bruises almost all over her body. But what's horrible was the large slash on her stomach. There are some burns around it. Raven held the pain and when she noticed them coming out, she quickly pushed her cloak back at her front. They gave her a death glare and walked to the corridor, words unspoken. Raven went inside the infirmary and saw Beastboy. Bandage was all over his torso. There are also some bandage on his arms and every stitch, and bruise was visible. Raven walked next to him before crying.

"I'm sorry. I was supposed to be in your place. Please forgive me." She sobbed.

Raven placed her hands on his chest and onyx energy wrapped his body.

His injuries healed and new injuries were copied by Raven's body.

She was already bleeding slowly but she didn't stop.

When she's done, she limply flew to her room before thinking about everything they've said to her. She curled into a ball and cried in pain. Blood trickled down her mouth. She took a deep breath before fainting.

"Raven?"
