No! Crowley can't take her with him. She is so important for heaven and she knows things, Crowley would use for his evil machinations. He would hurt her and try everything to get the answers-which she does not really know, out of her. "No Crowley!", he needs to understand it, but he'll not stop his plan I think. "Cas, understand me. I can help her! Look how weak she act's. You couldn't heal the little Winchester and you absolutely can't help her. But I can!", Crowley was really trying to calm down.
