Hello! My name is RavenclawsForever, and I'm going to write some short stories in his book. I'm sure you've all read the title, so I didn't really need to explain that one. I'm mostly doing this book to get experience, because I have close to none. Who knows, if I really like an idea, I might make it into a series in this book, or maybe even publish it one day. ;) oh, and there might be some fan fiction, maybe. Probably. Yeah, there definitely will be.

Please enjoy!

I suddenly awoke in the night, for seemingly no reason at all. My room was dark. There was no moon tonight, and the stars were hiding under a blanket of clouds. I started up at my ceiling, wondering why I woke up. I didn't need to use the bathroom, I wasn't hungry, and I wasn't cold either.

That's when I heard a whisper in my ear. Krista. It was a deep, masculine voice. Come with me. I froze. My heart stopped beating.

I'll give you one more chance. I tried to kick whatever was speaking to me, and my foot struck something.

Invisible arms grabbed under my armpits and yanked me off my bed. I tried to scream, but a cold hand slammed onto my mouth. I tried biting his hand, but his hand was too tight. I also tried licking its hand, but I got no response.

Through kicking and punching, I concluded that this thing had a human figure. But it was invisible. I was dreaming. I had to be. Stuff like this only happens in lame movies.

The thing ruthlessly yanked a black bag onto my head, so I couldn't see anything. A sour scent filled my nostrils. And then something slammed against my head, and I went limp.

I woke up, who knows how much longer. I was lying on a bed. I was wearing what looked like a hospital gown. Only I was pretty sure there was a back, which is a good innovation. I always found it awkward that the gowns at the doctor's showed off your backside to the whole world. Who needs that? Not me.

Where were my clothes? I looked around the room. It was oddly clean, everything was in a certain place. The blinds on the window were closed, so I couldn't see out of it. I tried to sit up, but my head throbbed and I immediately went back down. Also, there was a weird gash on my arm. How strange.

The door opened, and an elderly woman walked in. She was wearing white pants and a black shirt. Her white hair was thrown up in a messy bun.

A guy walked in behind her. He looked to be about my age.

I stared at them both. The lady took a step forward and sat down on a chair next to my bed and smiled. I didn't give any emotion. The guy with her closed the door and leaned up against it. I glanced at the window, wondering if I would be able to jump out of it. The boy saw me staring at it and walked in form of it, blocking my path.

I cursed in my head.

"Hello there, dear." The woman said and patted my hand, which I quickly with drawled from her grasp. She didn't look surprised.

"I suppose your wondering what's going on." She smiled at me. This woman had a heavy German accent.

"No, not at all. It's not like an invisible thing came in the middle of the night and kidnapped means brought me to this place." I snapped back at her, but kind of regretted it. She seemed nice.

"This is a Home-" she started.

"For what? Peculiar children?" I practically screamed. She looked very confused.

"Never mind." I ran my hand through my hair.

"This is the Home. It's where we all stay."

"Who's we?" I asked her.

"All of us." She gestured around her.

"What, are they all invisible just like that a** that kidnapped me last night?"

"That would be me." The guy near the window stated firmly.

"I'm not sorry." I sasses back. I wondered how long he had been watching me before he knocked me out.

The guy rolled his eyes.

"My name's Kendra, and this is Evan. How are you feeling?" Kendra asked.

"Well, I have a headache, there's a random wound on my arm, and I'm in an unfamiliar place."

"This is where people with super powers from all over North America come. We keep them here, to train. It's not safe out there, in your world." Kendra told me, with a sincere look in her eyes.

"Training for what, exactly?" I looked at her, nervous.

"Centuries ago, when we first started discovering our abilities, about half of us thought we should exterminate the rest of the population, on all levels, that didn't have special gifts. The other half, us, believes people should be able to live. It's not their fault they don't have the gift."

The guy, was his name Evan? Spoke this time,

This is confusing.

"So...why don't they go ahead and kill the population?" I questioned.

"There's not very many of us to begin with, and when only half want to do that, that's about seventh five people that would like to kill the population. All five levels. That's seventy five people to destroy about 200 billion, if you include ALL of the levels." Evan crossed his arms. "And they're lacking something. Something they need to enter levels. Except Earth. They can enter Earth without dying."

"What are these levels you keep talking about?" I asked.

"The bottom is Hell, then there's Earth, then Convivial, Oblivion, and Heaven." Kendra answered for him. "Of course, that's the English version."

"You guys have a butt load of explaining to do." I glared at them.

So that's it! I hope you enjoyed... I really like this idea. It will definitely become a series in is book, and maybe I'll publish it on its own one day. Sorry it ended kind of lamely. Do you like it? It's probably super bad. Unlike most stories I start writing, I actually have an idea of where this one will go. Thanks for reading! 😘
