Akidemi Middle School

THE FLOOR IS 9 HOURS OF HOMEWORK!

  *Thrid person*

   Transfer student from Airth, Opal, had just walked into a new world she had never seen before. Akidemi Middle School. On her planet she had never seen such a huge place other than her home at the palace.

*Emerald's perspective*

   A supposably new student with red hair, blue socks, and green eyes walked into the building. The principle had told be beforehand about a new student I was supposed to show around. This must've been her because everyone else I've seen before.

*Opal's perspective*

I walked into the school trying to act casual though I was actually really nervous. Akidemi' principal had told me a blonde girl who goes by the name of Emerald was going to show me around the school.

Everyone here was either wearing a female or a male uniform. Well except for me of course because I'm getting mine today at the principal's office.

It was very quiet in the hallway so I decided I should spice things up a little.

"EVERYONE WATCH OUT! THE FLOOR IS 9 HOURS OF HOMEWORK!" I screamed. This caused everyone to either scatter to find something to stand on or fall due to shock.

*Emerald's perspective*

I ran and climbed onto the lockers. This new girl already knew how to get attention quickly. It was pretty funny to see everyone scamper away like that.

When all of the commotion was over I walked up to the new girl.

"Nice prank you did there," I told her,"I'm Emerald,"

"Thanks broski, Opal's the name," she pointed to herself and said proudly.

*third person*

Emerald put her hand on her hip,"So, Opal, how would you like to join Fam?"

"If that's your squad then yes!" Opal's face brightened.

"Alright then Opal. See you around," Emerald said as she grabbed her bookbag and ran down the hallway.

  Opal took a look at her schedule. First period was with the gym teacher.

"In that case I'm heading to the locker room," she sighed to herself and hurried to the locker room.

*Opal's perspective*

I ran around a corner to find a supposably a Freshman student being bullied by some Juniors. I couldn't just let her get hurt.

"LEAVE HER ALONE YOU GREEDY DIRTBAGS," I yelled at the leader of the gang who appeared to be a green griffin. His two friends looked at me. One was an orange cat and the other a hybrid between a kangaroo, a dog, and a palm tree.

"What did you call me, Pedro, and Wowzerz?" he growled. I wasn't afraid of him.

"I said," I got my fist ready,"LEAVE HER ALONE YOU GREEDY DIRTBAGS!" That was when I punched the griffin in the face causing him to fall onto the ground cold.

The other two that go by Wowzers and Pedro ran for their lives. I turned to the girl whom was bullied. She flinched thinking I was going to hurt her.

"Bullies these days," I chuckled and helped her up,"the names Opal, you?"

"I'm Cece. My friend Emerald had told me there's a new member to Fam. Is that you?" Cece asked me.

"Actually yeah. It is me," I chirped.

"Well. See ya later Opal!" Cece said as she skipped away. As she did that I ran to the gym.

*third person*

Opal was finally in her gym clothes. As soon as she got out of the locker room the teacher instructed everyone to run 5 laps around the gym. Everyone groaned and started running.

Opal was pretty fast when running. She lead the group until Emerald ran in front of her and finished her laps first.

When everyone was finished they all sat in the center of the gym.
As the instructor told the students what to do, Opal ignored him and saw that the girl next to her was dying of heat.

"Are you ok broski?" Opal asked the girl who had fox ears and a fox tail,"I could always take you to the nurse,"

"Thanks for offering but I'm ok. You're that new girl who caused the commotion in main hall today, correct?" She asked Opal.

"Actually I am. I just thought it would be funny," Opal shrugged.

"Well. You really did get a lot of attention from that. Everybody thanks you for that- what's your name?" The girl asked.

"Oh. I'm Opal. Well. That's my last name but I don't really like being called Cathrine or Cat,"

"Nice to meet you Opal. I'm Gigi. Gigi Foxx," Gigi chirped.
