Even talking about anxiety can give someone anxiety; like me; right now. Your stomach drops, your nose, toes and hands get cold. Your body trembles and you have to fight the urge to run away and throw up. I get anxious when I eat to much food. An incident with a mango smoothie caused it. Can you believe it? Crazy small things can have the biggest impact.

You see, when my stomach gets too full, I think that upset stomach is gonna make me throw up. It was the fear of throwing up that made me anxious. So, I would then get anxious, have an anxiety attack, which made me feel sick... very vicious cycle.

But you know something interesting I learned through these terrible moments? When you are saying, "please go away, please go away." You're fighting. Sure, it isn't like you are pulling a William Wallace, but you can train yourself to get there.

First rule of fighting anxiety.

You need to treat yourself like you deserve. It doesn't matter what gender you are, who you love or what you believe in. You. Are. Irreplaceable. You deserve peace and happiness as much as the next saint.

Next, picking your battles.

If you wake up and your day is bad. IT IS OKAY! Breathe, your life isn't over. Everyone gets anxious. Everyone cries and everyone throws up. I threw up in a mall trash can by the girls bathroom while my best friend (and at the time crush) watched. People weren't disgusted. They were worried, because stranger or not, people care. So don't worry your pretty little head.
If you wanna stay home and not deal with your anxiety. IT IS OKAY! Anxiety is a battle, it's uphill and it is hard. Everyone deserves a while to work through it.

School.

Everyone worries about it. If you can't make it because anxiety, IT IS OKAY! Just don't sit at home and do nothing. Talk to yourself, break through it and if you are feeling up to it, or find a resolve. Then ask a friend to bring you the homework, or do some studying online.

Don't let it cripple you.

Anxiety is a pain; it injures the best of us, but for every time you fall, when you get up, you are stronger. Fall down ninety-nine times, get up a hundred.

I broke through my anxiety, sure it's not gone forever, but I don't let it control me anymore. You can do it too.

"Those who run from death, stood still in life." -Kindred. League of Legends.

Those who only run from anxiety, will only ever be in the same place with it.

Anxiety does not make you weak. It makes you strong, because it takes strength beyond Mr. Universe to fight it.

Believe in yourself and no matter how many times you fall down. If you get up, you will learn, grow, and win your battles.
