Authors note: The second I was able to write, I wrote stories. So, I just found one of my very first ones. With some changing (So it will make sense and not seam like a five year old wrote it) Here is one of my first books, Patience.
There once was a young grasshopper who was very hungry, so he went to his grandfather for food.
"Grandfather," he asked, " Can you make me some food?"
The grandfather smiled, "Yes. just let me take a walk first."
The young grasshopper waited. After his grandfather's walk, he asked again,
"Can you make me some food grandfather?"
"Just let me finnish reading this book." He replied.
So the young grasshopper waited, and many hours passed.
"Now can you make me some food grandfather?"
"Just let me take a nap first."
So the young grasshopper waited, and being smart like he was, he did not ask again. About an hour latter, as they were sitting down for dinner, Young grasshopper asked a question, "Grandfather, why did you make me wait so long?"
The grandfather grasshopper smiled
"I was teaching you patience young grasshopper."
AN: Okkkkk, so yea. I wrote this when. I was five, and I thought it was pretty funny, cause my dad would say, "Patience young grasshopper" allllllllll the time. So yea....hope ya thought it was funny.
