Welcome to our campaign.
The whole point of this is to promote books that feature a female character(s) that play a sport of some sport.
The founder of this account is a footballer (soccer player) and experiences her fair share of sexism which is unfortunate for anyone.
Female athletes get their fair share of sexism from earning next to nothing to being told to wear short shorts to attract people to watch the sport.
However these women are inspirations, professional or not.
They put so much work into what they do but usually don't get the recognition they deserve.
So this is what we want to do. Give characters that play sport the recognition and to show the struggles they go through to just play their sport.
