The Switch

i wake up at 7 am every morning to get ready for work. i worked as a police officer
and i love my job so much.

after i got dressed and ready i looked at the time and noticed it was nearly time to leave, so i rushed downstairs and saw my husband, justin, making a huge breakfast for the both of us. i smile softly at him and grab a piece of toast and walked out the door, and put my glasses on as i closed the door.

i see my friend pull up in a police car and smile at him, he of course smiles back. i get into the car and jack is just staring at me, i look back at him in the eyes and just start laughing. i see a cup of coffee and grab it and take a sip, "who said that was for you?" he asks and i just look at him, "who the fuck is it for then" i smirk at him and take another sip. he just laughs and drives off.

we were driving for about ten minutes when a car sped right past us. jack put the sirens on and drove fast catching up to him, fortunately for us he slowed down, unfortunately for him he would be getting fined $250 for speeding. i get out of the car and bend over slightly to look at the guy who was driving. as i was writing out the fine i could see in the corner of my eye that jack was looking at my ass, i smirked and bent over a little more.

i could see in the corner of my eye that he shifted in his seat and smiled an awkward smile. i chuckle and gave the guy his fine and swayed my hips as i looked him into his eyes and i got into the vehicle.

justins pov

i couldn't believe what i just saw, i just made a breakfast for me and ariana to enjoy and she just walked out with a piece of toast, no goodbye or thanks. i was beyond mad but i kept my cool. i silently ate my breakfast and left for work. i sat down and my assistant came along, "hey biebs how are ya?" she said smiling, i glanced at the screen and looked at her, "i'm actually quiet good what about you mel?" i said looking at my computer screen.
"i'm great" she said back, "hey here's the papers you printed out" she left them on my desk and i smiled at her.

i was browsing on this jeweller website looking for a earrings or a bracelet for ariana.
maybe if i'll get her something she'll start appreciating me more, hopefully. i was scrolling until this one earring caught my eye, it would look so beautiful on her and it's just perfect. i smiled and clicked on it and bought it, it came up with a little notification saying it'll be delivered in around two to three days. i decided that night i'll take her to a club or something for dinner.

i logged out of my computer and said goodbye to mel, i got into my car and drove to the police station to pick ariana up only to find out that she's already been dropped off at home by her friend jason or something. i grew jealous a bit and got into the car and drove back home.

i opened the door and slam it making ariana jump and turn to face me, "i usually pick you up from work ariana and i just wasted like an hour on going to the police station and driving home, couldn't you text or call me?" i slightly yelled at her. she flinched a little, "i got jack to drop me off i thought it would save you time, i guess i just forgot to text you to just come home" she shrugged and stirred whatever she was cooking. i walked up to her and wrapped my arms around her waist and left little kisses along the side of her neck.

"i'm sorry baby it wasn't that deep, i just got a little jealous of the thought of you and jason being together", i sighed and she just laughed a little, "his name is jack cutie" i rolled my eyes and fake smiled at her. i whispered in her ear, "by the way i planned on taking you to dinner but i'll just change the reservation to friday". she smiled at me and pecked my lips.
