I wake up to my mirror. It scares me. I look like a hot mess! My hair is jacked up and I forgot to take off my makeup the other night, so it's all smudged on my face and pillow. I get my blanket and cover the mirror so I can actually have a decent wake up. My mom walks in and gives a disgusted but loving look. I love those looks. It's telling me she sees the real me but she still loves me for it.

"Good morning honey bear"
"Good morning mom. And please don't call me that."
"What happened? You used to love it when I called you that!"
"Yeah, when I was five. But I'm seventeen now, mom. Keep up!"
"Well. There's breakfast waiting for you."
"Thanks." She smiles, then leaves.

Today, is Monday my favorite day of the week! Note that I'm being sarcastic. Mondays are the worst, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. I check my tumblr, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Vine before I go eat. I always check my social media every morning. Everybody who knows me, knows this. I wouldn't be Lexi Ross if I didn't!

I walk downstairs to go to the bathroom. I always get ready first, then eat. I wash my face, get dressed, do my hair, do my makeup, brush my teeth, eat breakfast, brush my teeth again, then leave!

I walk into the bathroom and find my makeup everywhere! "Kaitlin!!"

"What?!"
"Come here right now!!
"Ughh"

Kaitlin is my annoying little sister. She always messes with my stuff without permission, then either breaks it, loses it, or somehow makes a mess with it. Today, I know it's going to be a long morning.

She stands in front of me with her wide blue eyes. She's kind of cute but not in the inside. But my mom doesn't see that. My mom only sees what's on the outside. So every time I get in trouble, I get punished. Every time Kaitlin gets in trouble...well, let's just say she never does.

"What is this?!?" I say pointing at all the makeup all over the bathroom.
"I gave myself a makeover!" She says, while smiling proudly.
"Kaitlin! You know to not touch my makeup!" "Mom!!"
"Yes dear?" She replies.
"Can you please come here?"
"Be right there."

Oh no. Whenever, she says that, two days later she finally arrives.

"Mom!! Please, come here quicker!"
"Okay okay. I'm coming."

She looks at me like she doesn't see the foundation spilled in the shower, mascara marks on the mirror, broken blush in the trash, eyeshadow on the floor, lipstick in the....never mind about the lipstick. Maybe, she doesn't see because I'm in the way. I'm not sure, so I just move to the side and point to the makeup, then the brat.

My mom has the same eyes as 'the brat'. I have my dad's features. He was a very handsome man but his features are meant for him and him only.

"See! She ruined my makeup."
"Honey, let it go. She's only 10 years old. She doesn't know better."
"Whatever mom. She never knows better, even after I've yelled at her for 10 years. Just never touch my stuff ever again, Kaitlin. Okay? I mean it, or else I'll get you." I hear her start to cry. I kind of feel bad for her. I mean she is only a little girl..what am I saying? She is 10 years old and old enough to know not to touch other peoples stuff, especially mine.

I storm off taking a yogurt with me because I haven't eaten yet, and leave for school. I catch up with the bus. I walk in and I don't see my friends. Oh well, I sit next to a girl with tape on her glasses and knee high rainbow socks. I giggle to myself. What was she thinking? I really want to burst out laughing but I decide to keep it in my head. She starts to hum a song. I think I know it, it's a kid song for kids younger than Kaitlin. I hum along just to tease, then she starts to cry.
"Oh I'm sorry! I just really like that song!" I say that so I'm not seen as mean. I honestly did not mean to make her cry, it was just a joke. "No I'm not crying because of you. It's ok." Oh.
"Then what's wrong? You could tell me."
"Nothing. Just leave me alone."
"Ok, but I'm here if you want to talk." She doesn't reply, she just looks out the window.
...
The bus stops at the front of the school and the girl starts to walk out. I guess I should start calling her by her name. Her name is....wait, I don't know her name. I call for her.
"Wait! You!"
She turns around and looks confused.
"Me?"
"Yeah. What's your name?"
"Just call me nobody."
"why would I call you-"
"-because..that's what I am."
...
Finally it's lunch time, I'm starving. As I walk into the cafeteria I see my friends, gesturing to come over. I start to walk over there but then I see her. I turn around and I walk towards 'nobody'. She looks shyly at me, I don't know why but I just go with it. I sit down and realize there's no one here besides the two of us.
