Multiple times, Batman has kissed Harley Quinn. He always seeks to have a crush on her. In Suicide Squad, he kissed Harley. Some might say that this was to clear water from her lungs but, does it really look like that? He wasn't doing the Heimlich Maneuver. He was kissing her, therefore showing that he has a crush on her. He has helped her and Harley has double crossed him. This has happened multiple times. Not twice or thrice, about five times.
