In a little forest, far, far away, there lived 3 piggy siblings with their parents. As soon as they reached a certain age, they decided to move away from the family and embarked on a journey to start their own life, starting with building a residence.

The first one, named David Jones, was a cheeky one. He was the best dessert maker in the whole household with his chocolate-chip cookies and muffins. A big dreamer at the same time, his greatest wish was to build his home with all the sweetest treats in the world, much to the dismay of his elder brother and his younger sister.

Then, his wish finally came true on this day when he was roaming in the forest with his siblings.

"Hey Lia! Justy! Look what have I found!!" squealed Jones. He was standing beside a pile of cookie pieces lying near an oak tree.

"Such giant biscuit debris!" exclaimed Ophelia. "Where do they come from?"

"These are cookies! Not simply biscuits. I stumbled on these tasty goodies when you guys are taking a break!" Jones explained. "And it would be even better if I could make a good use of these things to..."

"To do what?" asked Justin.

"To....build a house!" declared Jones with a smug.

"WHAT?!" exclaimed the other 2. Apparently, they didn't approve.

"Gingerbread homes?!" laughed Justin out loud. "This may be the most ridiculous idea I've ever heard."

"Please, Jones, have you ever thought of the dangers lurking in the forest?" sighed Ophelia, the youngest and the smartest of the bunch. "Our mommy reminded us that there is a big bad Artiewolf residing in these very woods. And if you ever encounter him, you should flee for your own good, for he also terrifies the other forest folks too!"

"Your sister is right, Jones." added Justin, "Quit being a dreamer and find something much more useful for your home."

"Well, you guys are just jealous." winked Jones, despite the reminder and disapproval. "Now let me see..." he murmured, ignoring them and started studying the special materials. "What should I use to stick them all together...?"

Leaving Jones alone to concentrate on his work, Ophelia and Justin then continued searching for other useful materials which were suitable for building houses. On their way, they chatted about their future plans and their own dream house. Justin expressed that he wished that he could be a successful judge one day, while also encouraged Ophelia to pursue her dreams at the same time.

As they reached the other side of the forest, something captured Justin's eyes. Setting down all his things, he rushed towards a pile of wooden sticks.

"Just what I needed, these wooden sticks can be a perfect material for my own residence!" chuckled Justin proudly.

"A-are you sure these could be the ideal material for a safe house?" but Ophelia had doubts.

"Then what any other suggestions you can provide for me?" asked Justin in reply.

"Well...maybe these things would make a nicer material?" she then pointed to the bricks lying not far away from the sticks. "It's much more solid and strong when exposed under extreme conditions with rain or strong winds." She explained.

"Lia, you are such a clever girl." grinned Justin, patting her head. "But I don't think I would use those heavy things because it costs me too much time. I wish I could finish my house faster so that I can reserve more time in studying and prepare for my future. Anyway, thanks for the recommendation!"

After waving goodbye to his brother, Ophelia proceed to gather the bulky bricks all by herself, with a wheelbarrow she found nearby. Once everything was done, she was ready to construct her own residence.

Day after day, night after night, the 3 piggies were all focusing on building their own comfy house using their respective materials.

Piggy Jones spent a few hours in construction by combining all the cookie bits, giant candies, gingerbread men, chocolates, cherries and cream into a spectacular cookie home, with 2 candy canes guarding the door made of chocolate fudge. With all the things done, Jones decided to reward himself with some hot coca and muffins.

Justin's wooden hut, although simple, appeared modest. With the twigs and branches he collected, he finally succeeded in building a small, roofed wooden study for himself.

For Ophelia, however, she spent more time and effort than her brothers until she managed to settle on the bricks and concrete for her brick villa. Even though it cost her sweats and efforts, she was confident and grateful that her house could not only provide a shelter, but also a protection from any dangers in the forest.
