It was a typical night for the clown. He walked down the empty streets of 1940s England. He simply felt bliss being in solitude. He had spent the majority of his life alone anyway. He makes his way down the dark street when suddenly thunder rolls by. The sky starts to pour over him and he simply growls. "The weather man on the radio said it wasn't gonna rain tonight dammit!!" he then wraps his long arms around his black trench coat and lets the rain soak him. Jack had nowhere to go tonight. The landlord had grown irritated with him over unpaid rent. He was 3 months late with his payments. His foggy breathe could be seen in the cold. Late night cars passed by and splashed water into the flooding sidewalks. Jack growls and curses at a vehicle when he feels the water splash his shoes. He looks down at his now soaked black shoes and striped socks. ''Great, just what I needed!!" he walks off clearly fuming in anger and the squishing of his wet shoes could be heard.
