CHAPTER 17

QUINN'S POV.

"AVERY AMANDA O'DONALD, RILEY LAUREN HARRIS, QUINN ALLISON JENSON, KATRINA TAYLOR FEAGLES, AND MADISON PAIGE ADAMS GET YOUR BUTTS DOWN HERE WE HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU" I heard Dinah yell from downstairs.

I groaned and turned over drifting back into sleep. I was awoken again suddenly by someone jumping on me.

"Stoopppp!" I groaned swatting at them.

"Nope I want to hear what Dinah has to say!" I heard Avery's voice say and then Madison's giggle.

I groaned and sat up making Avery fall off the bed. She screamed and held her shoulder in pain.

"Sorry not sorry" I said grumpily getting up out of bed.

Madison helped Avery up off the ground.

"You ok?" She asked

"Yeah I just landed wrong I'm fine" Avery said.

We all walked downstairs to be met with everyone else in the living room.

"Sit down guys." Camila said motioning to the couch Kat and Riley were sitting on.

We all sat down next to our other two friends.

"So we wanted to tell you guys something... and you'll either love it or hate it..." Lauren said

"Ok? What's up?" Riley asked

"We want to adopt you guys." Normani said

I started at her in shock. Avery started crying and ran over to Camila and tackled her into a big hug. Riley had the biggest smile ever. Kat was also crying. Madison was jumping up and down in excitement.

"Quinn? You ok?" Ally asked

"Someone finally wants us" I said smiling and looking down at my hands.

"Yeah we do" Ally said coming over and hugging me.

"So each of us are going to adopt one of you. Camz's going to adopt Avery. Ally's adopting Quinn. Normani's going to adopt Kat. Dinah's adopting Riley and I'm adopting Madison, but that doesn't mean that you can treat the others like your moms." Lauren said smiling.

"Can I call you mom?" Avery asked Camila

"Yes, yes you can" Camila said smiling

"I haven't called someone mom in forever" Avery murmured into Camila's shoulder.

"I'm calling Lauren mama L, Ally mama A, Normani mama N and Dinah mama poopface, cause she is a poopface" Avery said smiling

"Wow your sooo mature, Avery" Dinah said rolling her eyes.

"Camila I'm calling mommy though" Avery said smiling at Camila since she was on Camila's lap.

Everyone else awww'd and Camila pulled her into another hug.

"Actually I'm calling Lauren daddy" Avery said

"What the hell, why am I daddy?" Lauren said

"Cause don't dads play catch with you?" Avery asked innocently

Lauren smiled and nodded.

"Yes Avery dad's do play catch with you." She said

"Ok then you're daddy" Avery said smiling

"Ok fine only because you're really cute." Lauren said sighing.

"Don't worry Lauren ill call you mommy" Madison said smiling

"Aww thanks Maddie" Lauren said hugging Madison.

"So we have a show tomorrow in Oregon, Portland Oregon do you guys want to see us preform live? Maybe we'll even bring you guys on stage!" Camila said excitedly.

"Yeah!!!" We all said excitedly

"Ok so we'll have to get on a plane tonight so we will get there tomorrow morning" Lauren said smiling.

I looked over at Kat and saw her face drain of color and she hands start to shake, well crap.

NORMANI'S POV.

We were waiting for the plane to come. It was coming in 2 hours. Avery, Dinah and Madison were all asleep. Dinah's arm around Madison, Madison's head was on Avery's shoulder and Avery's head was hanging to her right awkwardly. Lauren and Mila were talking about how our lives are going to change once we adopt the girls. Riley and Quinn were on Dinah's phone probably hacking here twitter or something. Ally was giggling at whatever they were doing on Dinah's phone. Kat was sitting nervously next to me. She was playing with her hands and her leg was shaking. I put my hand on her leg to stop it from shaking. She looked up at me and shook her head then looked back down.

"Kat, what's wrong?" I asked worriedly

"Nothing I'm fine." Kat said shaking her head

"Honey we both know that's not true, now come on you can tell me." I said

"I don't want to talk about it here" she muttered

"Come on you're telling me." I said pulling her up and walking towards the bathroom.

I dragged her into the bathroom and stood across from her crossing my arms.

"Now that we're alone will you please tell me what's up?" I asked

"The ceiling" Kat muttered

"I'm serious Katrina" I said

"Fine... "

FLASHBACK

KAT'S POV.

Me and my family were going on a trip to California, and since we live in New Jersey we are taking a plane! this is my first time on a plane and I'm excited. We boarded the plane an I sat next to my younger sister, Bridget and my older brother, Kyler. My mommy and daddy were sitting in front of me and my siblings. The plane took off and after an hour of sitting there I fell asleep. I woke up to people yelling and screaming.

"The plane is going down I repeat the plane is going down." I heard the guy say.

I felt the plane shaking and the feeling of going down. I was panicking and hyperventilating, then I felt Kyler's hand on my shoulder.

"Kat, calm down it's ok you're going to be ok, I'm going to protect you." he said his grey-green eyes were filled with worry. I looked at my little sister, Bridget. Her bright blue eyes were filled with fear. I felt Kyler wrap his arms around me and Bridget and shield us with his body. I shut my eyes tightly and drowned out the screams. suddenly I heard a huge crash and everything went black.

FLASHBACK OVER

NORMANI'S POV.

"I woke up in a hospital 2 weeks latter. I was one of 5 survives in that plane crash. Kyler died in the crash and so did the rest of my family... Kyler was only 14 and Bridget was only 4. I was moved to the nearest orphanage which happened to be the one you found me at. I was a fear of planes and I really don't know how well I'll do in that plane." Kat said with tears in her eyes.

"Kat, it'll be ok. it's super rare for a plane to crash. I've been on hundreds of planes and I'm fine. I know it's hard but you need to trust me." I said hugging her.

"Ok" she muttered in my shoulder

We walked out of the bathroom and sat back down in the waiting area. Everyone was exactly were we left them. Kat seemed a lot less tense and sat down next to Avery and Madison and after a while went to sleep with her head on Avery's head.

Me and a bunch of boys went out into the woods and had a air soft war, and apparently I'm a really good shot. I hit one of the boys in the balls 3 times.
