*Tami’s P.O.V

I was where I belonged now. In my bedroom: on my laptop, reading an online book while listening to some Fall Out Boy. Bliss.

That was until someone came knocking on my door; I assumed they wanted—ahem, NEEDED some help with an internet problem or to be just plain annoying.

“Tamilia” Mother called; I invisibly sighed wanting to drown in my own self-pity…

“Yes…Mother?” I quoted in a fake sickly sweet voice.

“It’s mum dear not mother, this isn’t the 40’s; and we need your assistance with this err…Taplop?

“Laptop Mum”

“Yes that thing, it won’t err; do anything”

“Have you turned it on yet?” I asked (seeming too obvious)

“Yes”

“What button did you press?”

“The… Arrow; by all the letters and little symbols?”

Face palming gracefully, I corrected her.

“*Sigh* THAT... would be the ‘ENTER.KEY’; press the blue flashing button underneath the screen”

A short amount of time passed on before a little yelp came from downstairs, followed by the whirring sound of a laptop turning on.

“OH...oh! I’ve done it now! Thanks!”

“Blummin’ elders” I muttered under my breath.

Thoughts and images swimming around in my semi conscience state of mind; like a whirlpool: spinning, turning, spiralling and twisting until suddenly one particular thought popped into my brain and stuck there like an annoying friend that you love to have but hate to be with.

Subconsciously, I was sucked into my own faded world as I rolled over onto my back and breathed in deeply; the cool air spreading through my lungs. I was in a lucid dream. It’s so weird a dream being this close to reality, it’s almost like one can feel things like anyone could do now...You can do anything you wanted. And that is exactly what I did as I fell into the lucid elemental world...

The Dream Realm

I had no idea where I was until I came across a gate leading to woodland behind a small glade of trees.

Oh! Right, now I know where we are...We’re back at that weird posh venue

I continued almost flying around viewing the grounds (I CAN FLY?! OMG) when suddenly swarms of hundreds of people were walking around...
