Chapter 1

I stepped out of the shower and almost instantly the power went out "Great....." i mumbled right before a gust of cold wind blew into my stomach i sighed and stepped out of the bathroom. Suddenly my ears were met by a bone chilling shriek it sounded like it came from the kitchen so i ran into my bedroom making sure to baricade and lock the door. It slowly dawned on me that the temperature was dropping so to counter act that i grabbed my jacket and a pair of track pants i then got my phone and hid under my bed. Calling someone was out of the question whoever or whatever it was in my home would hear me instead i went on my camera and pointed it at the door it took about 10 seconds to break the door down when it did i took a photo with the flash on it's face was just flesh and bone. I got out of my bed and jumped out my window being on the second floor this was dangerous however i had a mattress out there for sale. I landed on the mattress with a thud i looked up at my window to see the..... Thing climbing out my window seeing that made me panic and run down the street, hopefully someone was awake. What am i saying no one would be up at 3:12 AM
