Technicolor (Complete)

Yoko waved off her companion earlyer in the day.
The red head went about her day as ushual, work was somthing that always came back the next day however she set aside time to watch the eclipse tonight.

There was quite the crowd it seemed like everyone was out tonight all gazing up at the sky as it started to turn orange.
Yoko stood on her balcony and looked up at the sun however the moon was now clearly visable looking completely black.
Yoko was fascinated, it crept up to cover the sun turning the world dark all around them even the fires looked dim.
Yoko was entranced just like all the others silently watching.
When the moon passed the sun right as the last bits touched there was a flash of color making yoko gasp and blink.
Some of the crowd where making a commotion however the rest simply went back to work or home.
The red head however was looking around at all the new shades of colour  visable to her, she stumbled to bed head aching from the sensory overload.

The next day she avoided everyone and spent the day in the garden surrounded by nature and marvling in all the flowers that no longer looked exactly the same.
This was where keiki found her.
She looked up at the kirin marvling at his visage he almost glowed purple eyes enchanting.
"Yoko"
She reaxhed out and touched his face.
"Beautiful"
The kirin leaned into her hand.
"I see so you have met your soul mate"
"Is this how you see keiki?"
The stallion nodded.
"How do i find out who is my soul mate?"

"You will be unable to walk away from them at first and will be quite distressed when they try to leave"
Yoko nodded.
"Thats a sceary thought, what if they are not a good person or dont get along with me, what if we dont have anything in common"
Keiki tilted his head unsure how to answer.
Yoko stood and turned to walk away however she fell to her knees tears slipping from her eyes in shock.
Keiki sensed somthing was wrong and changed back quickly putting a hand on her shoulder.
"What is wrong yoko?"
The woman shook her head.
"Im fine, go get settled in i think i need to sit for a bit i seem to be a little tired"
Keiki didnt look like he beleved her however he stoof and walked away.
Siddenly he heared running feet before arms where thrown around him.
"It hurts dont leave me keiki!"
She slipped to the grass keiki following her to stop her sudden fall.
"But yoko kirin are not affected by the  pull of the eclipse and its never been heard of before, are you jokeing with me?"
The woman shook her head.
"In that case i wouldnt be oposed to courting you"
He took her hand helping yoko to her feet, her eyes where damp as they walked inside.
Theu had tea it was like always however one hand was entwimed together as they drank, they didnt need words sometimes they would muse about somthing.
Thair relationship stayed much the same with a very slight added closeness.
It suprised many when yoko and keiki where seen sharing a private kiss before they went to work both gazing at each other as if there was no one else in the world.
