Boruto's Fever

"Boruto! What happened?! Naruto come here!" Hinata yelled into the house, when she opened the door she didn't expect to see Boruto being carried on Sarada's back, Naruto came running down the stairs and was surprised to see Boruto on Sarada's back also "Boruto! Sarada what happened?!" He asked as he lifted Boruto into his arms "He caught a fever when we were training so I decided to carry him here" Sarada explained as Hinata invited her inside and gave Sarada her dress back "Why was he wearing it?" Naruto asked

Sarada blushed slightly "Boruto felt cold even though it was hot and that he was also wearing a jacket..so I gave him my dress.." She explained 'It's a good thing I always wear a t-shirt under my dress' Sarada thought, Hinata asked to wash her dress but Sarada told her to not worry about it. To be honest Sarada liked the smell of Boruto on her dress she thought that he smelled...nice "Sarada..." She turned to see Boruto looking at her sitting on a chair while Naruto was taking off his jacket "Yeah?" "A-Are you...going to go home?" "Do you want me to stay?" Boruto looked down slightly and nodded it was clear that he was tired, Sarada smiled "I'll take him to his room" She wrapped her arm around Boruto's waist, put his arm around her shoulder and carefully walked him up the stairs to his room while his parents watched her smiling

"What's wrong with Big Brother?" Himawari asked as she saw Sarada helping Boruto into bed and putting a wet cloth on his forehead "He's not feeling good so I'm going to help take care of him ok?" Himawari's eyes lit up "I want to help take care of Big Brother too!" She exclaimed and Sarada giggled "Ok you can help, can get me a bowl filled with water?" She asked her, Himawari nodded and ran downstairs to the kitchen. Sarada turned towards Boruto "I'm going to go call my parents ok? I'll be back in a few minutes" Boruto nodded and Sarada went downstairs

She asked where the house phone was and Hinata told her that it was on the living room counter Sarada picked it up and dialed her home number and as usual her mom answered "Hey Mom" "Sarada where are you? Your Dad just got home" Sarada was surprised, she didn't expect her Dad to be home already she was excited to see him, but she had to be there for Boruto, he didn't want her to go home and to be honest she didn't want to leave his side. Sarada wanted to take care of him. "Actually Mom I can't come home today" She told her "What's wrong?" Sakura asked worried and it caught Sasuke's attention "Nothing! Nothing!" Sarada said quickly "Boruto just caught a fever and he wants me to stay" Sarada explained and Sakura smiled "I see then it's alright, just make sure that you don't get sick as well" "I won't Mom" Sarada then remembered a recipe for rice porridge that her Mom would make her if she gets sick "Oh Mom before you hang up can you tell me the recipe of the rice porridge you make sometimes, it'll be perfect for Boruto" "Sure"

Sakura recited the recipe while Sarada wrote it down she thanked her mom and was about to hang up when Sasuke wanted to talk with her "Sarada" "Oh! Hey Dad sorry that I can't come home tonight" She apologized "I guess it's fine..I'm just not used to you staying at a friends house especially if it's a boy" Sarada rolled her eyes 'He must've heard Mom and I talk about Boruto on the phone' "Please Dad I'm 12 years old I don't even like boys besides if I was sick Boruto would do the same for me" That was a lie. She actually liked Boruto. "So please don't go over protective on me" "Fine..just come home in the morning" "Ok Dad I love you" Sarada then hung up and began to make the rice porridge

Sarada entered Boruto's room with the bowl in her hand and sat down next to him "Here Boruto this should help you with your fever" She told him Boruto nodded and Sarada began to feed him while Hinata and Naruto would walk by his room and watch a little bit they both knew that Boruto liked Sarada so they both giggled then walked off leaving the two twelve year olds alone. Sarada put the now empty bowl down and laid Boruto back down so that he can rest "Sarada?" He asked "Yeah?" "I love you" Sarada quickly looked up in shocked to see Boruto now redder than before 'Did his fever go up or is he now blushing?' She thought as she could actually feel herself now starting to blush "Idiot stop saying stuff that you don't mean your sick" Boruto then sat up on his elbows and gave Sarada a serious look "I'm not joking I'm serious, I'm in love with you Sarada Uchiha" Boruto then leaned in and kissed Sarada on the lips surprising her but then leaned into the kiss and after a while Hey broke apart "And I'm in love with you Boruto Uzumaki" Sarada replied and got up to walk out of the room but a hand stopped her "Stay with me?" Sarada blushed but in the end said "Fine but just this once" and climbed into bed with Boruto and they both fell asleep

"Sorry" Boruto apologized again "It's fine" Sarada replied once again, Sarada woke up that morning with Boruto's fever and now was being carried on his back to her house covered by his jacket, "But it's still your fault your the one that kissed me" "And yet you still love me" Boruto said and it made Sarada blush again "D-Dobe..!" "I love you too Sarada"
