Chapter 1

I was standing at there head stones. They read Damon Salvatore and Stefan Salvatore! My adopted brothers. I think back to the night they died.

Mystic Falls was overrun with vampires. Being only half vampire, I got away with it better then others. Father went out and trapped Katerina or Kathryn, as she likes to be called now. He trapped her, and my brothers came running to her rescue. "Damon! Stefan! Don't! Please! Don't save her!" I yell at them. I know what she is, but they don't. "I'm sorry Emilin!" Stefan says. "We have to!" Damon finishes. Then I hear gunshots go off. I look and see my brothers on the ground with holes in there chests. I can't save them! Being half vampire, I don't deal with blood! I fall on there chests and cry. I feel someone pull on my waist, but I throw them off of me using my vampire strength. My arm starts hurting due to my curse, but heals, leaving a scar. I cry and grab the hum of my dress and start running. I watch Katerina escape, and she runs off, leaving her friends to die! I run in the opposite direction, and run to my best friend Anna. She's a vampire to. Emily comes up to us and hugs us. "Emily! What do we do?!" I say. She sighs and says, "I will do whatever I can! Girls, you must leave now! Go before something bad happens!" She says. Emily is a Bennett witch. She doesn't like vampires except for Anna and I. She likes us because we are young, and I am only half. I do as she says, and run away. I thought Anna was right behind me, but when I turn and look she is gone. I run as fast as I can without activating my asthma. If I use vamp speed, I get an asthma attack. Another part of my curse! I run until I find a cottage, and knock on the door. Nobody answers, so I walk in. I see no one is home, and walk around. I see blood, so I follow the chair. There I see a man with his throat ripped out. I scream, and run to another room. I may be part vampire, but I still hate death and blood. I slowly walk back to the killer room and lock the door. Then I walk back to the room I was in first, and lay down. My corset starts to get really uncomfortable, so I stand up. I walk to the kitchen and grab some food. I wrap it up in a blanket, and run to another room. I grab a jacket and place it over my shoulders. I pull the hood up. I run outside and jump on the horse I saw on my way in. We start riding.

That was one of the worse days of my life. It was all because of Kathryn Pierce! Speaking of, I see the all to familiar olive skin and brunet hair walking around. I walk over to her, and push her to the ground. She just sits there. "Can I not get one day to mourn my brothers! They died because of you! At least allow me to say hi!" I say breaking a twig. "Stop! Please! I'm not Kathryn!" I stop immediately. She doesn't have Kathryn's voice, and she definitely isn't trying to fight me back. "My name is Elena Gilbert!" She says. A man comes that looks like Stefan with the brown hair. He saves Elena, but I don't see his face. They vamp speed out of the cemetery. I sigh and walk back to there graves. "Stefan, Damon! I can't do this anymore! Nicklaus has daggered all of my siblings but one now. He daggered Rebekah in the twenties. Now it's him, Elijah, and myself. Kathryn isn't in the tomb! She tried to kill me a couple times! Why did y'all have to fall for her?! Why did you choose her over me?!" I say starting to cry.

"Brothers! Brothers! Father says there is a woman coming to stay with us!" I say running to find my brothers. I find the three men left in my life standing outside. I pick the hem of my dress up and run to them. Just as I get there, a carriage pulls out. A woman steps out, and I can tell she is a vampire. I look at her closer, and see Katerina Petrova! I gasp and try to run off. "No sister! You must stay here!" Stefan says grabbing my arm. He let's go just as Katerina reaches us. She reaches her hand out to Stefan, and he takes it and kisses it. "Kathryn Pierce!" "Stefan Salvatore!" Then she walks over to me. She leans in and whispers in my ear. "You tell anyone about me, I will kill you!" She says. She starts walking up towards the house, and both of my brothers join her.

From that point on, they never did anything with me! They barley even knew I existed! I place the flowers on there graves, and walk off. I need to learn more about this Kathryn look alike. Perhaps she is a doppelgänger much like Kathryn. I can stay until he comes. If word gets out about the doppelgänger in Mystic Falls, everyone will be lining up to get her for Klaus! I walk to my blue pickup truck, and drive to the high school.

I get there and walk to the front office. I find a lady and walk up to her. "Yes, my name is Emilin Graves! Im here to get my stuff!" I had my vampire friend compel her for me. I get my stuff and walk back outside. School starts tomorrow. I drive to a hotel, and walk to my room. I order some room service, and wait for them to come up. Once they do, I eat my pickles and turn on the TV. It is playing Twilight. I just laugh at how wrong they are with the facts.

Edward rips off his shirt and stands in the sunlight. His skin glistens. "Beautiful!" Bella says. Edward scoffs. "This is the skin of a killer Bella!"

I die laughing. This movie is so hilarious!
