First Love - A Greyson Chance Love Story

Chapter 31

     It's already Wednesday. Greyson still didn't go to school and today's the day in passing of entries for the contest. I feel sorry for him that he can't join. 

     At lunch, Madge and Penelope asked how Greyson's doing.

     "Why are you asking me about him? Hahaha!"

     "Coz you guys are like the best friends and you like each other?! Duh?! Hahaha!" Madge said while eating her sandwich.

     "Well, I went to their house yesterday and--"

     "You did? Awh that's so sweet! Did you feed him soup just like in the movies?" Penelope said.

     "Well, yes and yes. Hahaha! He's doing kinda fine but he still have slight fever and colds."

     "Awh, Greyson is so lucky to have you, Sophie!" 

     "What? Hahaha. Nahhh..."

     We chuckled a bit. "By the way, tell us about what happened last Saturday! I saw that in your tweet. Yiiiiie!!!" Oh Madge -__- Hahaha!

     "Well, we went to the beach and took a lot of pictures. We ate burgers and tons of fries, we watched the-- Yeah, that's it. Hahaha! We were with his dad okay! Not just the two of us."

     "Oh so you met his dad? Hmmm... I bet he likes you for Greyson!"

     "You two will make a cute couple! Seriously :3" Penelope said.

     "Ermm....nah. Hahaha! His dad is really funny, by the way."

     So we talked and talked until lunch time ends. 

     While I was going back to my next class, I saw Greyson's dad walking by. 

     "Hey, uncle Scott! What are you doing here? Great to see you again, sir!" 

     "Nothing really... I need to go now. Bye, Sophie! Great seeing you too."

     Hmm... That was weird. Oh well, I need to go to my class now.

     At Friday, Greyson finally went to school. It's also the day of results in the contest he should've entered. The winner's picture will be posted in the hallway, near the trophies of the basketball team. At dismissal time, they finally posted the pictures. And I was with Grey that time. And guess what? Greyson won! 

     The picture is in a brown shiny frame and it's us. Greyson and I are in the picture. Our silhouettes are on the picture. Us, sitting on the sand, watching the beautiful sunset, his hand on my waist, my head on his shoulders. We were so shocked about it. Probably, Scott was the one who sent the entry. I know it's him. He's also the one who took the picture. It was so beautiful. 

     "Oh Sophie!!! I can't believe that I actually won. This is really amazing!!! But how did this happen? Do you know anything?" He said as he hugged me so tight.

     "I think your dad was the one who did this. Congratulations, Grey Grey!"

     "Thank you, Soph! The picture is awesome. Thanks to dad and also you!' He hugged me tighter.

     "No problem. Hahaha!" We were jumping and running and laughing all the way home.

     So the judges thought that the picture shows happiness and love since it's the theme...I and Greyson showed that?! Oh this is really flattering. I bet Greyson's so happy right now. Thank you, Lord.
