chapter 2-surprise!

Daisy- hey guys, I have some bad news.

Lacey- what daisy, what's wrong!!! haha happy birthday by the way :)

Tess- yeah what's up?? haha HBD daisy waisy

Daisy- thanks guys, I have to moveto North Carolina for mums work:(

lacey- what! Nooooo daisy, I'm going to miss you so much. When are you leaving? :(

Daisy- tomorrow. mum told me this morning! do you guys want to do something, as a good bye and birthday party sort of thing?

Tess- you can't leave me daisy. do you guys want to come over to my house?

daisy- I know im really sad, but you know mum is happy so, that's all that matter :)

Lacey- meet a Tess's around 1. I'm guessing you have to pack daisy, haha.

Daisy- yeah! ill see you soon guys.

Tess/lacey- ok, love you daisy. Bye xx

daisy- bye x

I'm going to really miss Tess and lacey, they were my only real best friends :(

well I better start packing, I think to myself. *sigh*

My room isn't that big, it's big enough to fit a bed a wardrobe and a desk. I look around at all the weird stuff I have collected over the years. I think I might have  chuck out some things, I laugh at myself. I decide to make this more enjoyable by putting on some one direction.

______3 hours later______

3 hours later and my room is empty. I have 3 suitcases filled with my clothes and shoes, and 4 boxes filled with most of my stuff from my room and toiletries. I look around at my room  have lived in this room for 13 years, the days of dribbling to now. all that's left is my bed with a light blanket for tonight. I run my hands along the white painted walls, I feel a tear run down my face. I check my phone, 11.00, no texts. I still have a couple of hours till I go to Tess's house.

"daisy, I made you pancakes" my mum screams from the kitchen.

I quickly sprint to the kitchen, the smell causing my stomach to rumble. I see a stack of pancakes with nutella and strawberries on the table. mmmmmmmnnn! I finish eating and let out giant burb, my mum just stands there laughing. I laugh too.

"you have always loved your food daisy" my mum laughs. I roll my eyes

"who couldn't" I respond with a toothy grin.

"so, have you finished packing sweetie?"

"yep all done apart from some stuff that i'm going to chuck out. oh and i'm going to Tess's house at 1. For a goodbye/birthday party"

"ok, well i'm going to start packing all our stuff. shouldn't take too long. just tell me when you're leaving" mum says

"ok" I simply say. I Start to head up to my bathroom to shower and get ready.

I hop in the shower. I wash all the dust and dirt from my body and then shampoo and condition my hair. I get out and go back to my room to choose an outfit. I decide on my denim shorts, my big grey crewneck jumper, with my white high-top converse. I find my favourite big black bag and put in my phone, some money and my camera. I quickly give my hair a straighten and out some light makeup on.  I check my phone, 12.30, I decided to just walk to Tess's house really slowly.  "I'm leaving mum" I scream, "ok have fun sweetie be back by 10, ok" "ok" I reply.

Tess lives near me, just the right distance to walk. As I start walking I realise how much i'm going to miss this place. I start to feel sad. As I get near Tess's house I see cars everywhere and heaps of people walking into her house.

"what are they up to" I whisper

As I get closer, a boy from my school tommy shouts, "SHE'S HERE"! I get to the front door and hear screams and shouts. "whats going on?" I ask tommy. "uhhhhhhhh...just close your eyes daisy" tommy says, he grabs my hand. I feel the butterflys in my stomach go wild. I've liked tommy since I knew what liking someone was. I giggle as he grabs the side of my waist, "calm down daisy, nothings happened yet" tommy laughs. "you can open your eyes now" tommy says smiling at me.

"SURPRISE!" I see everyone from my year at Tess's house. I turn to Tommy then to Tess and Lacey who start running up to me. I can't take it, I started crying in lacey and Tess's arms. "thank you so much guys" I say to everyone, especially Tess and lacey.

after a couple of hours of taking photos and just talking with everyone, we decide to put some music on and have a dance.

"come dance daisy, make your worst last impression" tommy says. I just stand there laughing at tommy's comment. "come on daisy" Tess and lacey say together. "ok im coming" I laugh while running up to them. for the rest of the time I just dance and laugh.

At 10.00 everyone starts saying their goodbyes and then the tears start again. I get some presents from some close friends and some phone numbers from others, "keep in touch" they all say.

everyone leaves and it's just lacey, Tess and tommy with me. "hey lacey come help me with the cleaning out the back. we'll give you guys some space" says tess pulling lacey away with her. I laugh at them. then look at tommy....

mwhahahah cliff-hanger.

anyways next chapter all the fun starts :)
