Chung Ae POV

Ding

Another customer entered the café. It was still so early in the morning. 4am to be exact. I did not understand how this many people could be up and active at 4am in the morning like what the flibbidy flap?!

The customer came up to the counter:"Good morning. Could I have a strong black coffee please, to go?" The man asked.
"Yes of course." I replied smiling brightly.

I went over to the coffee machine and started to make the coffee. Suddenly, I heard a small shriek from one of the other customers.

I quickly ran over there to see what had happened, as did the male customer I was just serving.

"Oh my gosh! Are you okay? I'll go get some napkins to clean up." The male customer said, a worried tone clearly evident in his voice.

"Are you okay miss?" I asked. She had spilt her boiling hot coffee all over her and had burnt her hand quite badly.

"Omo! It hurts right?" I asked as the woman nodded, her hand trembling from the hot water that had spilt on it.

"Here, let me help." I wrapped my hands around her burnt hand and shut my eyes as I felt the burning pain shoot through my hands. I could feel my skin gradually burning. It hurt, but at least she wasn't in pain anymore.

As the woman's pain subsided, and mine grew, her eyes widened and her jaw dropped. "Excuse me miss, may I ask your name?" She asked, still shocked.

"My name's Yoon Chung Ae. Is your hand alright now?" I asked, smiling as I held tears back from the burning pain surging through the  veins in my hand.

"Your name matches your personality for sure."

"What do you mean?"

"Noble and loving. That's what Chung Ae means. You were named well." She smiled. "Thank you so much for helping me. Make sure you put ice on your hand!"

"Oh... yes I will do!" I said, smiling.

"Now, gifted, noble and loving Chung Ae, I have to go now. Again thank you! You have very special power. Use it for more important things next time, not a silly burn!" She laughed. "Goodbye!"

"Goodbye~" I waved as she walked out.

I turned around, to find the male customer cleaning the table and floor where the woman's drink had spilt.

"Omo! I'm so sorry! Please, I'll clean it up! Let me go and make your coffee!" I rushed over, stopping his hands from cleaning up the almost cold coffee.

"No, it's okay. Go and get some ice for your hand." I should have made sure no one was watching...

"Ah it's okay, that can wait! You probably have a busy morning!" I said, panicked at how he noticed it was my hand burnt now.

I guided him over to the counter and started to remake his coffee.

"Yoon Chung Ae." He suddenly spoke. "Nice name, she was right,it suits you."

I finished making the coffee and handed it to him with my non- burnt hand with a smile.

"I'm Moon Taeil. I hope our paths cross again" He smiled.

He handed me the money and walked out of the café.

As I went over to clean the table, I saw a moon key ring on the floor. I picked it up and walked outside, but he was already gone.

If I ever see him again, I'll return it.
