Chapter 1

" Oh great. That's the front office; I forgot to take attendance. "

Mr. Semore said as the phone rang continuously.

" This is Mr. Semore.... Yes..... I apologize..... Yes I will do it now."

Our teacher said as he talked to Mrs. Jones the front office adviser.

" Okay class, lets see who is here today shall we? Alexis?"

"Here"

"Ala?"

"Here"

"Carmen"

"Here"

The list goes on and on... I turn behind me to talk to my friend Hadley to pass the time until our names were called.

" Pssstttt..... Hadley!! " I say in a whisper scream

"Yo Eliza! What's up?" Hadley responds.

So I'm Eliza, I have bright blonde hair and diamond blue eyes. Everyone says I'm the funniest person they know, and I am great with comebacks. I am also a dancer which is an odd feature cause I am such a great fighter and not graceful at all. Hadley says I would be the best body guard. Anyway, I'm a junior in High school along with my best friend Hadley. Hadley is a brunette and has dark chocolate eyes. Hadley has a very bright attitude, she never seems to be mad, and her smile is the shiniest. Hadley is a gymnast and if I have to say she's darn good.

"Guys shut up. You are going to get in trouble... Ugh..... Losers" Taylor mumbles.

Taylor; the biggest hoe bag in the school, thinks she is better than everyone else just because she dates the hottest guy in at Jamison High, Tyler. Tyler and Taylor..... It just doesn't go together. Well, Taylor has short, blonde, wavy, hair; she has Kelly green eyes, a very fake spray tan, and a horrible nose job that she got last year. Guys practically trip over themselves trying to befriend her and date her just because she is 'popular'

"Shut up Stevens." I say to her.

"Eliza?" Mr. Semore repeated

" Oh sorry, here" I say sheepishly. "

"Hadley?"

"Here."

"Alright these kids are on the field trip." Mr. Semore mumbles to himself "

"Jordan?"

"Jordan?"

"Is Jordan here? Jordan?"

"Where's Jordan?" I ask looking at Hadley

"I don't know. Probably sick."

"No, he's not sick."

"How do you know? Why does it matter?"

"Shut up Hadley and Eliza!" Taylor says trying to catch the attention of the teacher

"Hadley we have to go looking for him. Now."

"Ugh. Fine. But only cause your my best friend. Get the boys."

"Thanks glen!"

"Oh my gosh Hadley and Eliza shut up!" Taylor yells again.

"What's the problem ladies?" Mr. Semore says walking over towards Hadley and Taylor. Taylor begins to talk, but Hadley interrupts her.

"I'm sick," she yells "and I am about to throw up, and so is Eliza. I contaminated her. I need to go to the nurse."
