Lukas and Jess were at daycare and they barely knew eachother for it was the beginning of the year... the day was almost over so the two made their way down the hallway to the lunch room. As they walked they kept bumping into eachother... Jess smiled as if she was slightly nervous but otherwise confident. Lukas and Jess were in the lunch room, eating. They both decided they wanted seconds... but there was only one slice of pizza left... they both went for it at the same time and ended up grasping eachother's hands. This made them both smile... as if they liked it.... they slowly pulled their hands apart. Jess told Lukas he could have it... but he said no you have it... and Lukas wouldn't take it... Jess eventually broke... she grabbed the pizza and cut it in half... she said hey, you... I um... made us both pizza... Lukas said, are you sure? I mean if you really want to share it... they both took a half of a pizza slice and ate them side by side... Lukas said randomly, hey... what's your name? I'm Lukas... I'm Jess she said with a smile... they both slowly reached over to eachother's hands... Lukas's hand on Jess's hand he said wanna.. go to the playground? Sure! Jess said with a smile. And so they went... Jess was on the slide and Lukas was on the swing.. He heard Jess yell Lukas!!! From a distance.. he leapt off the swing and ran to Jess's aid... she was dangling from one hand on the slide.. Lukas saw her slip off and he knew he had to do something. He bolted over to the slide and caught her with one arm... which unfortunately snapped it... he caught her but his arm was broken... him and Jess ran to get help and they did... Lukas got on the Ambulance and Jess wouldn't let the ambulance leave without her... so she went... and he got his cast and all was well... after that the kids at the school would call them Lukesse... they just went with it.. because they knew they loved eachother...
