Ascending to the top of the crevice, Rachael and Morgan climbed with ease. Sir Clucks rested on Morgan's head as she climbed, plucking her hairs one at a time. She ignored him as she found it adorable.
"You know...we should've eaten-"
"NO!" Morgan shouted at Rachael. "Sir clucks is my friend and if you ever think like that again i'll have him pluck your eye out!"
Rachael's eyebrow jolted up in shock.
"It was just a thought...gosh.."
"Hmph"
Rachael finally reached the top, stretching and leaning against a tree. Morgan, still climbing, struggled a bit. A small mocking bird flew down and attracted the attention of Sir Clucks. He jumped and fluttered his wings frantically in Morgans face. Morgan then lost grip and slipped from the wall, falling down towards certain death. She screamed and Rachael ran back to the edge, screaming as well.
"MORGAN!" She shouted helplessly.
Vines jetted out from the walls of the crevice creating a large blanket. Morgan landed safety on them and shook in fear. She looked down beneath her, flowers blooming around her as the vines ascended her. Sir clucks fluttered down into her lap and remained still. Rachael watched in amazement and Morgan stood from the center of the platform. She then walked off onto the grass and with a snap, the vines disappeared back into the earth.
"Y-you just..."
"Saved myself?" Morgan flipped her hair. "All part of the plan." she then smirked.
"YOU COULD'VE DIED!" Rachael shouted sending birds flying away from the treetops.
"But I didn't" Morgan leaned in and poked Rachael in her nose before smiling.
Rachael grew slightly upset with Morgan, clenching her fists. Small embers spewed from between her fingers, trickling down to the grass. She released her fists and threw her hands in her pocket, heading off silently. Morgan watched as she went on.
"Wait up!" she shouted as she followed along. Sir Clucks stood still, staring straight. His eye color shifted into a dark purple. Morgan looked back at him and smiled.
"Cmon Sir Clucks! Rachael's gunna leave us."
Morgan ran back, lifting him in her arms and hurrying back to Rachael's side. He remained still in her arms, watching the path they took.
Every step Rachael took through the forest set a small patch of grass ablaze. The fire was small but noticeable. Morgan followed in her footsteps, distinguishing the flames. She hummed a soft tune as she walked. The two continued on before reaching an empty field. They traveled to the center, noticing patches of grass being pushed down in random locations. Rachael looked around in curiosity before shrugging it off. Morgan was distracted as she pet Sir Clucks. He remained lifeless in her arms, still starring ahead with his mystic eyes.
"Hey Rachael...when do we get to take a break?"
"Break? What for?" She asked.
"So we can just eat or have a little picnic." Morgan smiled as she fiddled with the single red feather on Sir Cluck's neck. Rachael stopped dead in her tracks and clenched her hands. She turned furiously and started Morgan in the eyes.
"A PICNIC? I CAN'T BELIEV-"
Rachael was then hit with a dart at the side of her neck. She collapsed down onto the ground, making a small thud. Morgan's eyes widened and she looked around frantically and afraid. She was then hit on the same side of her neck, crashing down onto the ground. Sir Clucks fluttered down between the two. He starred off for a few moments before his eyes turned back to normal. Coming back to his senses, he flew over to Morgans still body and pecked at her face. He then looked up and noticed a dark figure beside a tree. He starred at it before becoming extremely drowsy. He fell down onto Morgans chest and his eyes shut.
Awoken by the clash of metal, Rachael jumped. Inside the small cell in which she was thrown in, a mattress laid in the corner. She ran to the bars and bashed her hands against them. They rattled and echoed throughout the whole area. She looked through and saw the most horrific sight. Rachael was locked in one of many cells, each stacked upon each other. The cells made a large circle around. She starred down at each of them, all filled with different beasts. One stored a small kitten with angelic wings. It laid flat on the bottom of the cell, meowing and crying. Another cell contained a small cyclops that wielded a wooden club. It walked in a circle in it's cell and starred down. Rachael's heart broke as she looked at each and every cell.
"O-oh my god..." tears filled her eyes. She began to cry and fall down onto her knees. Wolves howled and dragons wept all around. Sadness filled the room along with sound of crying.
"SHUT UP. ALL OF YOU!" a voice echoed from the bottom of the circle. Rachael peered from her cell down at the bottom, tears shrouding her vision. She wiped her eyes and looked down at the familiar figure.
Edan stood at the center, staring up at the cells. He hit the ground with the bottom of his staff and ascended upwards.
"You're all in good hands trust me." he smirked. Rachael starred at him and hollered.
"EDAN?! IS THAT YOU?"
Rachael's voice caught the attention of Edan. He rose up to her cell and grinned looking at her. His eyes shone a bright red as he watched her movements.
"Why yes it is. Who's asking?"
Rachael trembled and remained on her knees. She looked up at him.
"I-its me...Rachael.." Her voice cracked.
"Rachael is it?" He drew his staff across his chest and rubbed his chin. "Doesn't ring a bell." He laughed. Rachael starred at him and got up slowly.
"Y-you don't remember me?? We're friends remember?!" she clarified.
Edan snickered and moved closer to her cell. He starred into her eyes and spoke clear.
"Get this through your thin skull. The only friend of mine is Grievous and him only." He finished off with a winks and descended down to the bottom. He then exited the spiral of cells, leaving no trace that he was there. Creatures continued to cry and whimper. Rachael stood speechless and looked around at her fellow prisoners.
"I'll get you all out of here!" She shouted. "All of you!"
Morgan, located in the cell beside Rachael's, shouted as well.
"AND WE'll ALL HAVE A PICNIC!"
Relieved by the sound of her voice, Rachael smiled.
"You're here too?"
"Duhhh! I heard everything and now Edan has me pissed. He even took Sir Clucks-a-lot! He'll pay for his sins." she stated.
   Rachael's eyes widened.
"He took him!?"
"Yeah, he said that he could be of use to him." Morgan rolled her eyes.
"Of use?" Rachael moved closer to the wall between them.
"What do you mean of use?"
"Hell do i know? He's insane!"
Rachael took a deep breath and sat against the wall. Morgan did the same and starred outside the cell.
"Don't worry Morgan we'll get him back."
"We better! I swear if he even touches him i'll break all the bones in his body."
The two sat still and quiet until the mood covered the sky. The moonlight shinned down the spiral of cells, bringing silence to them all. Rachael and Morgan both fell asleep against the wall. The heat in Rachael's body kept her warm as she slept. Flowers bloomed along Morgan's body and covered her like a blanket.

Sir Clucks-a-lot was held in a tiny cage, hung up in a room. He pecked around at the bars that contained him. Edan entered the room moments after and stopped in front of his cage.
"Hey little buddy" he opened the cage and pulled Sir Clucks out. The chicken starred at Edan with curiosity.
"You're gunna work just fine." He smirked as he rose him up.
Sir Clucks pecked at his eye and fluttered his wings, flying off his arm.
"SON OF A-" Edan clasped his eye and turned to face the chicken. Sir Clucks landed on the ground and made a run for the door. He jumped and scratched away at the rusty metal door, desperately trying to escape. Edan rushed over and grabbed the chicken by his wings.
"Stupid chicken." He then tossed Sir Clucks back into his cage and locked it. He rubbed his eye and groaned in pain, Sir Clucks satisfied with what he has done.
