a : a set of written sheets of skin or paper or tablets of wood or ivory
b : a set of written, printed, or blank sheets bound together into a volume
c : a long written or printed literary composition
Where in those definitions does it say books are online and mobile? Nowhere. We are changing the definition of book these days. Better yet, we are making new words altogether! We should think of a cool name for...hmmm... whatever they are called now.
I've traveled all over the world (On Google Earth) and I plan to create a fit word to replace "Internet Books". Personally, I vote for the word stoce. Stoce has the ideal consonants to vowel ratio. You could just say "Hey, I read a new stoce," instead of "Hey, I read a new book that I got online." (P.S. I will now only say stoce when refering to 'internet books") You know what. I'll put a link to the poll in the comments. I couldn't have done that if this was a real book could I?!? It would also be weird if I put #YOLO or :) in a book. Wait, that still is a little weird.
Now, while you are hooked I should tell you a little about myself. But I won't because I know that you don't care about me. :^( #IAmSad. Is it still weird? I think so. I SOLEMNY SWEAR NEVER TO USE HASHTAGS OR FACES AGAIN. Unless you like it. Now, I know that I'm a little late, stoces have been out for years now, but when I found a site only about stoces I had to say something.
