I walk into an empty home
It's filled with darkness and cold
That home use to have light and use to be alive
I use to live like that house
Until you sliced me open and stuffed darkness to suffocate the light
Everything reminds me of you
The morning light to John Lennon
Maybe that should have given me a warning
We were so much a like
Too much a like
They say love is a disease
They also say love is a drug
Too much love can lead to an overdose which can lead to being addicted
I like to believe that love is both
That love contains the qualities of being a disease and a drug
Love is just an idea that we assume we need
And we all need a little love
But what's the point of love if you're no longer happy?
