Chapter 1: My new friends

Hey, my name is Taylor, and I'm going to tell you about the story of my life.

I'm a 16 year old teenager that lives in Texas. I love singing and drawing, but I'm too shy to show people my feelings and talent.

My mom is always very busy working, and my dad is always fighting with people around him.

I woke up this morning at 6:00 a.m.

I was very sleepy so I decided to sleep some more, but then my dad woke me up because it was Monday.

OMG!! How did I forget it was Monday!! I think I forgot it was Monday because I had a long vacation.

Today was my first day in school and I was kinda excited. I wanted to meet new people and make friends.

I went downstairs to eat some breakfast with my family. I had a feeling that today was going to be a wonderful day.

I have one sibling and her name is Jessica. We're twins.

Jessica is very brave and she always takes care of me.

Me and Jessica finished breakfast and decided to go to the bus stop to wait for the bus.

Our mom didn't take us to school today because she had a very important meeting.

Sometimes I think that my mom is too busy to take care of us.

The school bus picked us up and the bus stopped right in front of the school.

The school is HUGE!!! I thought it was going to be smaller!! Jessica talked to many people in the hallway, but I decided to draw anime.

As soon as I finished my drawing, the bell rang, and our first class was math.

The classroom was filled of students, but I only made 2 friends in the whole week.

One of my friend is called Lucy. Lucy is a nice girl that is rejected by others because of her looks and because she was a nerd.

My other friend is James. James is very tall and he loves to play video games. We're all very shy, but when we're together we feel powerful.

In class, I saw a beautiful girl named Hayley. Hayley was the most popular girl in school, but she already has a boyfriend. Her boyfriend's name is Brad.

Brad is the most athletic guy in school and he has a mean personality and character.
