Sophie Pov:
"Sophie" I hear my mom calling me from the kitchen. "Your breakfast is ready".
"Coming mom"
Today is a pretty exciting, but a nerve wrecking day. My family just moved to Orlando. It's a pretty long story, it was just really to get away from my dad.
It's my first day at my new school here. My family has pretty much moved around the whole country but my dad keeps finding us, so no doubt I will be in another country by next year.
When I came down the stairs I had 2 slices of toast and a cup of tea. My baby brother Cody as per usual is being loud and annoying.
"You ready for today", my mom asks me.
"Well yea I am pretty excited but I might as well just have to get used to this because it's already happened three times before and no doubt is gonna happen again"
" Listen honey", here we go again, " you no I'm doing the best I can for your dad never to find us, let's just enjoy it while we can, please?"
"Okay" I say with a small smile.
"Now your bus will be here in five minutes"
"Why can you not bring me?"
"I will be getting a car in two weeks so for now you are just gonna have to take the bus"
I grab my bag and and leave for the bus. What if nobody likes me, like my dad always says:
'No one will ever like you, you fucking bitch, why don't you just go a fucking kill yourself, everyone will be dancing on your grave, you worthless piece of shit'
His words play on my mind all the time and I'm starting to believe it.
"Good bye love, have a great day"
"Bye mom, love you", I kiss my mom good bye.
