Trust

The next morning Baekhyun laid awake in the bed, with Chanyeol asleep next to him. His thoughts going so fast it was so hard for him to focus on one thing, the fact their lives were no longer going to be normal that they were going to be killing people, it was not in his nature to hurt even a fly how would he be able to point a gun and shoot someone in cold blood? This was too much to process, all he wanted was to be a normal couple and have a family but bringing children into what they'd be doing was not safe yet he also never got to tell Chanyeol that he wanted kids.. what would his reaction be? Soon enough the tall figure laying beside him turned over looking at him with a smile.

"Good morning angel" Chanyeol yawned and stretched with his arms wrapping around Baekhyun in the process.

"Good morning handsome, you slept really well you usually toss a lot in your sleep" his slender fingers  moving hair out of Chanyeol's eyes. A small smile on his lips, not wanting to show he was still hurt.

"I guess yesterday wore me out, it was pretty tiring" smiling as he kissed his forehead before getting out of the bed.

"I don't think I truly know you, like I thought I did" he thought to himself as he watched him walk away, feeling tears welt up in his eyes crying for a moment before he went to the restroom to turn on the shower getting himself in. Testing the water before letting the hot water hit his body, staring at the walls not sure what to do but whatever was happening now he knew Chanyeol would protect him.

"Just trust  him , Baekhyun. It will be okay." He smiled little more, as he finished his shower. Grabbing the towel and dried his hair. Wrapping the towel around his waist as he opened the door with Chanyeol right there, about to open the door as well making him help from surprise and the tall figure chuckle.

"It's just me, don't worry. I came to tell you breakfast is ready" his eye contact making his heart race all over again.

Baekhyun's eyes forming crescents as he smiled, getting on his tip toes to kiss the male's lips "Thank you, let me just get dressed really quick and I'll come eat with you."

Gently patting him so he'd leave the room, not that he cared if the other saw him naked, they've already gotten to the point where that isn't an issue and Chanyeol knew Baekhyun was all his - literally from head to toe and he could do whatever he wanted, and whenever. Making his way to the dresser he grabbed some clean boxers, comfortable shorts and just a t-shirt getting himself dressed. Walking over to the kitchen stretching as he let out a big yawn, looking out the window as he watched birds fly by.

"Good morning, sweetheart. Now that we are both officially up. Made pancakes and eggs, hopefully they are filling." Chanyeol smiled, lighting up the room. Baekhyun truly loved his smile , even though he didn't see it often.

"It looks really good, thank you babe" sitting across the table from him as he started eating humming at how good the food was plus he woke up with his stomach rumbling so all of it smelled delicious. Looking over at Chanyeol across the table just admiring him before cutting off a piece of his pancake and feeding it to him.

Continuing to eat as the gut feeling suddenly hit him, and a lump gathered in his throat with his heart rate picking up again. Slender fingers clinging to the fork even tighter "Ask now, or it will be too late." Looking up at Chanyeol who was enjoying the food and reading a newspaper, something he never saw people do anymore. Setting his fork down as he looked up at him which got the male's attention.

"Everything okay? The food taste alright?" Lowering the newspaper, showing his round spectacles he wore to just read folding the newspaper up setting it on the table.

" Oh, of course the food is fantastic, but.." nervously scratching the table "I've just had a thought for a while, and now our lives are suddenly changing I don't know how it will work or if you'd want it" he inhaled deeply, biting down on his lip "You've got this Baekhyun, deep breath."

"Chanyeol, I know this is really bad timing to ask but ... what do you think about us having kids - not like tomorrow but at any point?"

Hi everyone! I'm back and updating. Life has been crazy. With work and recently my best friend passed away so I've been dealing with a lot. I'm going to try to complete this since many of you like it. I'm terrible SORRY  I haven't been updating but I'm officially back
