The Transfer Student

The New Girl

Jessica's POV
    I Can't Believe This, Why did this happening to me. My parents are making me go to a new school this year because we moved. I can't believe my dad had to accept his new work position in Japan. I could of stayed with my older brother back in California, BUT NO my parents thought it would be a good idea to have me go to a new school. I HATE having to make new friends, it's so awkward especially since I transferring in the middle of the year. Also this school has a uniform, my old school back in California never made us wear uniforms. Tomorrow is my first day of school and I really don't want to go, but I guess I have to.

***Time Skip***
Beep..........Beep........Beep..

What is that annoying sound?

Beep........Beep.........Beep...

I know I have something important today. What was it again?

Beep....Jessica wake up now, you have to get ready for your first day of school......Beep..

Right that's what I was forgetting, It my first day of school. Wait? It's my first day of school. OMG! ITS MY FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL, I NEED TO GET READY.

--Running Downstairs--

Good Morning Mother, Good Morning Father, Good Morning Harry."Good morning to you to sweetheart " my mother replying with a sweet tone. Then Harry speaks"Ah Good Morning Ms.Jessica, your breakfast is on the table and lunch is in the frigid. Please come to the car when you're ready to be dropped off to school." "Well then, Thank you Harry, just give me 10 more minutes and I should be ready." I see him nod, then watch as he walks out the door. After eating breakfast I grab my supplies for school and head to the car. "Are you ready to head to school Ms.Jessica." I nod in response, "Alright then let's get going." Harry smiles as we pull out of the driveway.

***Time Skip***
--At The School--

When I looked out the window and saw my new school, Misaki High School. It looked very nice. It was 3 levels with sakura trees in front. When we arrived at the school Harry parked the car at the front gate, I got out of the car and slowly walked inside.

Maddie's POV
I'm so happy being the Student Council President, I'm the first to meet the new transfer student. I walk into the office and see Ms.Tokashi at her desk. "Good morning Ms.Tokashi, is the new transfer student here yet. I'm so excited to meet her." "Hi Madison, she's not here yet, her parents informed me that she would be a little late. Why don't you just sit down and relax until she gets here." She said with a warm smile on her face. "I can't relax, it's my first time helping a transfer student ever since I be came the Student Council President, I really want to make a good first impression. I heard she was from California also, I've never met someone for California. Once we become friends, I'm going to ask so many questions. I want to learn as much as I can about California." "My my Madison, don't scare the poor girl to much." She said trying to not laugh. We looked at each other then started laughing. As we were laughing I hear the door open.

Jessica's POV
Where is everybody, check my watch and read the time 8:00 a.m. Oh I'm half an hour late. I walk down the hallways looking for the office, finally after 5 minutes of searching I find the office. I walk in the office, and see a student with a yellow badge on her arm that says "Student Council President" laughing with the office lady. I wait at the door for a minute until they finally notice me. The girl runs up to me with a smile and says," It's so nice to meet you, your the new transfer student this year right. So I'm Madison but you can call me Maddie, I'm the Student Council President. I'm so excited to get to meet you, I'll be showing you around school. I can just tell we will be great friends." Oh God No! She's so annoying, I can't believe I have to deal with her for the whole day. I rolled my eyes at her but she didn't seem to notice. "Hello, my names Jessica, thank you for using your time to show me around school. I appreciate it very much." I smile brightly at the end to seem as nice as possible. This is going to be a long day. "So Jessica, first I will show you to your 1st & 2nd class. We have them together so don't worry about having to find me. After your 2nd  class we have break, so then I can show you the rest of your classes. Does that sound like a plan" "Ok sounds like a plan, just lead the way Maddie." "Awesome, let's get going." She said as she walked over to the door, then opened it leading me into the hallway. We walked through the hallways until we stopped at class A-29, "This is class A-29 which is Pre-Calculus. The teacher for this class is Mr.Ren, he's very nice. When you walk in go to the front of the room and wait until he tells you to introduce yourself. Are you ready Jessica." I take a deep breath and nod, "Ready as I'll ever be." "Great, you got this ok."Maddie says, giving me a smile of encouragement. She knocks on the door then we wait for it to open. Ok I got this, this is just an introduction. I'm going to be fine, hopefully😖. The door opens and we both walk into the room. I walk to the front next to Mr.Ren feeling everyone's eyes on me watching every step I take. When I'm next to him, I turn around to face the class. I here Mr.Ren speak,"Class this is  our schools new transfer student Jessica. Please be polite to her and save your question until she has finished speaking. Jessica can you please introduce yourself." I look out to the class and take a deep breath, I got this. "Hello class, my name is Jessica, I just transferred from California..."
