Three teens on Halloween night, were visiting a pumpkin patch where a murder took place a 100 years ago.
"I don't know if we should be here."
Alice said, feeling uneasy.
"Look guys nobody even lives there anymore hints the word "abandon."
Jack said.
"Have you ever heard the story about that house?" Alice asked, as they stood in front of the abandon house.
"No not really."John replied.
"The story goes back to 1825 and it goes, Peter,Peter, Pumpkin-Eater, had a wife but couldn't keep her; He put her in a pumpkin shell, and there he kept her very well." Alice said, in a spooky voice.
"That's not scary." John said.
"What do you think it's about?"
Jack asked, him.
"I don't know I guess a guy who liked pumpkin pie and his wife didn't like him." John replied, laughing at what he just said.
"It's about his wife cheating on him with other guys and Peter didn't like that too much, so he chopped his wife info little pieces with a hatchet and buried her in that pumpkin patch." Jack said, pointing to the pumpkin patch.
"He murdered her in the house?"
John asked.
"Yep, this is where she spent the last minutes of her life." Jack replied, looking at the house.
"I think we should go." John said, starting to get creeped out.
"Don't go yet the fun just started."
Jack said.
"What do you mean?" John asked.
"We are going to find the body of his wife and the hatchet."
Jack replied.
"What if it's not here I mean nobody has never ever found her body or the hatchet." Alice said.
"We will be the first." Jack said, sounding excited.
"If she is there we should let her rest in peace." John said.
" Are you scared John?" Jack asked, in a sarcastic way.
"No!!" John replied.
"Okay then let's look for her dead skeleton." Jack said, as they walked over to the pumpkin patch.
