This love is framed and painted in eternal sight
As to the ear, sweet melodies may come.
I will hold you in such high regard
And will place as first what others put behind.
Now, carry in your memory through these heavenly spheres,
A treasure I offer filled with utmost happiness
Here is all wisdom and strength
That runs from heaven to earth.
Remember my smile
From that great book that tells of things long past.
And so, through broken clouds, across a field of flowers,
You leave your imprint here,
You rose on high.
The sweetest melody that sounds on earth
Which most attracts the soul to it,
Ripped wide by thunder claps.
And so the perfect circling of that tune,
Sealed its conclusion.
Those rolling spheres now stretched so far above
That nothing of it showed from where I was.
But all remained, still, within my heart.

This one is my favorite. This is where I went all eureka at 2am because I thought of a way to make things less lovesick (well it still is tbh) and more dramatic. I don't know if it's obvious or not but this piece narrates that the girl had actually died. The first half (lines 1-10) talks about him accepting and saying his goodbyes to her. On the other hand, the second half (lines 11-21) talks about her dying.
