avery's P.O.V

'Hurry up Aves! We're going to be late for the flight back home you dumbass!' said Matty.

Meet Matty, my overly-protective

older brother. He's practically just a year older but his ego gets way up in his air filled head and then I wonder where his brain ended up ? But I love him anyways and that shows how much a great sister I am yeah !

'Hold your horses! I'm coming ! You know  I take ages cause I'm a women !'  I said.

'I think you meant girl cause sis you ain't no women !' said Matty.

'Oh I'm so gonna kill you once I'm ready!' I said.

'Great, but you have to actually come down you know ! And why are you taking so long anyways ?' Matty said.

'No reason lol' . I said.

Meet me, you can say that I'm a nerd as I hate parties or because I only dated one guy but that's a story I ain't gonna be telling soon. I'm sixteen and I believe that all guys are douche bags starting from the guys at my highschool. God !

I gave myself a last check in the mirror and was impressed with my work . I wanted to look good when I set foot on my homeland, USA!, after a whole summer in Malta with my annoying brother.

'I'm ready Mats! Let's go!' said I.

~ 4 hours later on the car ride home ~

'I can't wait to see Riley and Savannah! And mom and dad and ..'  said I

'Well shhh we're quite there ' interrupted Matty.

Savannah and Riley were my bestfriends . We literally do everything together .. in sixth grade we also went to pee together.

Talk about our unique bond.

'Don't you have anyone that you are looking forward to see again after a whole summer ? ' said I.

'Of course!  Braydon is at our house waiting for me so that we will go to that bonfire party together!' said Matty.

'Who is Braydon,  a new bud ? '  I asked.

' Yeah he's in our school . He's next year's football  captain. Dont you know him ?'  Matty said.

'No, is he a player/jock/asshole type? ' I asked.

'Yeah that's one way of describing him and I dont want you to become friends cause he tends to mess with girls feelings and I dont want you hurt cheesecake . '  Matty ordered.

'Just like you do then? Dont worry I wont ever feel the need  to do anything with him .'  I said.

Just at that moment, we arrived to our house in Cali and as I opened the taxi door , I was immediately flattened on the ground and let me tell you this, the  ground does not taste good .

' AVERYY WE MISSED YOU SO MUCH !!!' yelled my two adorable bestfriends.

'ME TOO !'  I yelled as I squeezed the life out them. joking xD.

'  Sweetheart , I missed you the most though . I love you dear but your dad is away on a business trip and he will be back tomorrow . Do you want something to drink ?' said mom.

'Actually I kinda need to .. um.. PEE ! GOTTA RUN !' I yelled.

As I entered my home at full speed , I ran straight into someone's chest and I ended on the floor with a huge thud. I groaned loudly from the pain I felt in my head but I was sooned stopped as my eyes matched another pair of blue magnificent eyes.

I couldn't stop staring and my heart was beating at a million beats per minute as I locked my eyes with the blue ones that were connected to a handsome face with sexy features and I immediately felt a smile tugging at my lips.

My thoughts were interrupted by this sexy stranger as his lips parted and said ;

'Hi sweetheart , I'm Braydon but call me Bray and you must be that Avery chick that your brother told me about . But he forgot one detail ..'  he leaned down so that his lips were barely touching my ear, sending a shiver of desire down my spine, ' you are so damn hot.'

Shit. Shit. Shit. The handsome boy standing in front of me, the one who gave me shivers by only touching me was the player.

  Also known as my brother's bestfriend.
