Hi my name is Maddie and I'm a mother of a baby girl who is 1 year old. I am in my 2nd year of collage and am strugling to keep my self up. Hears my story.
Ringgggggg.. the bell just wrang and I'm on my way to my apartment to get issabella, my daughter. I was riding my motorcycle and then I see my ex-boyfriend walking.
I stop and ask him for a ride. He jumps on and we are on our way back. Sam lives in my building so we give each other rides all the time. When we get there he says thanks for the ride and blah blah blah.
As Im walking in he says "wait, I still think Justin isn't right for you and that he's up to something really bad."
I say " you always say that sam and our relationship is doing fine for your information. Trust me I think I know my boyfriend." "Well I just don't want you to get hurt in the end" says sam. "Thanks but i'm fine and if I need anything I will call you. But I have got to get going, so see you tomorrow." "See you" says sam. I walk into my room and get my purse and a snack.
When I'm getting a snack I see Justin left me a note and it said "Hey I won't be back till real late I got caught up in work and we have a meeting tonight. Trust me i'll pay you back. Love you." Love you too Justin.
I look at the clock and I was supposed too pick issabella up at the daycare a half an hour ago. Crap i'll have too pay extra. Soon enogh i'm out of the door and am at the Sunny Day Daycare.
I run in and issabell is the only one left and is comming to get me. They hand her too me and say "you know that because you were late you will have to pay extra." Ya I know how much extra?It's a dollar per minute.
What! I can't pay that all I have is $50 and thats for groceries. I don't have anymore money. So I hand her the money but she gives it back to me and says " you keep it you need it more than we do." I say thank you so much next time i'll be on time. So we arrive at the store and get our stuff and go.I got justin his favorite cold cut sandwitch from subway and we bring it too him.
Justin normaly gets off at 6:00p.m so he always misses dinner. We get to his store and we walk in and all there is is a guy thats probably 50 who is working at the counter. He knows me and ive met him before too. I say "Hi rick is Justin here?"
He says" No he got off early and said he was comming home to you." He left me a note that said he had a meeting at work and won't be back till late.
"Well I have no clue where he is he just left" says rick. Okay thanks for your help. I pick up issabell and leave. In the car I try and call him 5 times but he doesn't pick up so I leave a message. I take issabella home and give her a bath and put her down for bed.
I watch a movie and wait for Justin to call. I couldn't sleep so I just stayed up and watched t.v. Around 1:00 A.M he walks in the door and I say where have you been? He had a huge cut on his forehead and it was bleeding. He says ugh.... I was at the meeting remember. No you weren't, I went to your work and rick was there and said that there was no meeting and that you just left the shop like 10 minutes ago. So where did you go and what happened to your forehead?
"Um..I got in to a little trouble. I was walking to get your birthday present and then these 3 guys out of know where came and took me. They ask where my girlfriend was and said if I dont tell them they will come and shoot you." What? Are they here?
No, they said they had one acception and it was to give them all of my money in my wallet. So I did" What! You had $300 in there. Know we only have $500 and rent is due in a week. What are we going to do?
"Honey don't worry I will help you and will just work over time. It will all be okay trust me." Then he leans in and kisses me. It was the best kiss ever. I help him and clean his cut out. Then we go to bed. He stays with me because I am scared and because he was worried for me. We put issabella in our room so we would all be in the same room.
I start to cry and justin hears it. "Maddie is that you? Why are you crying?" I just feel like such a let down to issabella. I just feel like i cant give her everything she needs. "What are you saying? You are a great mom to issabella and great fiance." What? " Maddie ever sience I met you i fell in love with you and when I see you with issabella it just makes me so happy and its something that I never have had before."
"So maddie, Will you marry me?" What are you kidding me. Is this real? Of course I will marry you! "Yes! I am so happy and so nervous. What I really was doing earlier was getting your present and also I went and bought a ring for you. But then you know what happened.
I can't believe were getting married! I love you so much and I can't wait to see what our future will be like. Then he leans in and kisses me again and its even better than the last kiss.
