Jades POV: My parents and my mothers closet friend went to a hotel it had shops and a food market. My mothers best friend her name is Elizabeth we went to one of the shops it had weapons in it like pocket knifes, axes, swords, bow and arrows, and a lot more. "WHY DOES IT COST SO MUCH!!!" Elizabeth yelled at the guy who owned the store. He went running out of the store.
I had a bad feeling something bad was gonna happen "are you all right jade" I snapped back to reality " huh y-yes I was just day dreaming that's all" I hoped she would buy it "oh alright" I looked at the knifes and swords then back at Elizabeth "can we get some of the swords and knifes I think we will need them" I asked her "uh I guess I don't know what you would need them for but eh" I picked quit a few (one is up top)

We went back to the rest and I kept the knife in my hand I knew something was wrong. I looked at a kid about my age but he had blood shot eyes I have read a lot about the supernatural and a bunch of other stuff. He... is... a...zombie!! He avoided me "I am so confused" I said "why are you confused" they all said we stoped walking and I seen another one "uh did you see that he looked terrified of me I think he is a zombie " they looked at me like I had 3 heads "what" said my parents there names are Sean and Rebecca.
Someone started to come at us and bit someone behind us I handed Sean the knife "what is this for " he said giving be a puzzling look "they are not human they are zombies but people with purple eyes must be immune" I said I am the only one with purple eyes in our group he took the knife "get on the inside of us if you are unable to fight" Sean said they nodded I was on the open "AHHH" a woman was being eaten alive "SAVE MY DAUGHTER PLEASE" she yelled "ok stop guess" I said "you can't be serious why not I'm immune" I chuckled I walked over to the girl about 6 and when I seen her eyes I froze "p-purple eyes" she smiled with tears in her eyes I went over and the zombie ran "thank you for saving her please don't put her in a orphanage take care of her" she said then her eyes closed "come" I said "your my hero" she was smiling "yes we need to go you are immune to them like me" I said we walked over to my family "hey are you a zombie" my dad asked "DAD shut up you don't ask people that and what did I say look at there eyes" I pointed to her eyes his eyes went wide "oh I'm sorry" he goes "she is immune like me" I said "AHH" another person was being eaten alive "we need to get to high ground guys" I said they nodded we started to run me in the front the girl on the side her name is Emma.
We are now on the 3rd floor we lost rebecca I am so sad but I am determined to get out alive Flashback: "AHHHH" my mother has been bit I stabbed the zombie and ran to her side "mom" I was sobbing "please promise me you will get out alive and take good care of Emma and adopt her" she had a weak smile I sobbed "yes mother I will make you proud I promise" I said
Sean's POV: I will not cry and show my weakness although I have lost my loved one I will have to wait to join her I need to care for my daughter "AHHH NO" it was Elizabeth "no again I can't lose anymore" said jade she ran and killed the zombie. After we said our goodbyes jade, Emma, and me continued I was the last one on the stair "HMP AGH" I was bit jade ran down I started to feel light headed my eyes closed. "no dad NOO I can't lose you too we need to all get out" jade yelled. I passed out from blood lost
Jades POV: "HMP AGH" it was Sean's voice I looked back I had tears in the brims of my eyes threatening to come out I ran and killed the zombie he started to close his eyes "no dad NOO I can't lose you to we need to get out" I yelled hugging him his body went limp I fell crying "mama don't cry" said Emma I smiled that she called me mama I hugged her "let's go survive" I said we went to the top floor and looked out the window there was firefighters and police waiting to help "stand back sweetie " she did as told I kicked the window open they looked up "hey kid what's going on" a fighter Fire said " uh the people are turned into zombies everyone I know is dead" I said with almost no emotion "I think we are the only ones to survive I killed as may zombies I could I think there is like 20 left thou" I said "hey kid jump we will catch you" he said I laughed " uh I'm going to send Emma down first you better catch her or you will end up like the zombies" I threatened Emma jumped out the window he catched her I sighed "your next kid" he said
" I am no kid dude I'm a teen and a mother now" I said the look on there face is priceless "what?" He said I chuckled I climbed down the pipe "hey kid what are you doing" he yelled I laughed so hard I almost let go "watch me" is all I said I kicked a window for the 4th floor open and climbed in to see a boy my age hiding under a bed sobbing I walked over "hey kid come out the firefighters and police are here but I am immune to the zombies" he didn't come out I sighed. "please come out I won't hurt you I need to clean the people alive out cuz like I said I am immune" i said he climbed out he was cute i smirked "what's your name cutie" I grinned " uh jace and don't call me cute" he snapped feisty I chuckled " I am jade nice to meet you I was just testing it out" I smiled "let's go" I pointed to the window " what we can't jump" he said a little panicked I grabbed him "hold on to me " he did as he was told man he is light I started to get out the window and climbed down "you can let go now" I smirked "he is the only one alive up there I checked every room some rooms were discussing" they laughed "ooh and I killed all the zombies"
We got in the police cars Emma was clinging on to me "I thought I lost you" she cried her eyes out I sighed "looked like you got a hand full" he chuckled I sighed "maybe" I said "we are heading to a orphanage to drop you guys off " he said "I guess no matter how many families I get put Into I will always end up back there" said jace with no emotion at all "officer bring us to my house" I said "no can do you need to be 15 or older to live alone and it seems you are to young " he said ( I know this is not true ) "ha you really think I'm that young I'm 15 almost 16 thank you very much" he looked surprised "look at my birth certificate officer" I said he looked me up and it said age: 15 birthday: 4/17/2004 he looked up "oh I am so sorry just you look so young " he said I sighed we headed to my house.
At the house he dropped us off and said they would be back later for questioning. "all right welcome to your new home" I unlocked the door at that moment I had became a mother of 2
