Riding at top speed on her white steed, wind blowing through her light blue hair, Owra held tightly her cap from blown away. Owra's destination was currently unknown to her, but her partner leading her to their main destination. Just like Ascension to surprise her like this. He had been doing things like this out of the blue ever since they'd found out she was pregnant. Not only was he her partner, but he was also her husband. Owra supposed that would mean she's not abnormal human, plus she has a husband now. Ascension origin was not a human. He used to be a wolf leader pack until the goddess changed him into half human. Well, he still has the fluffy ears on.

After a good couple hours of riding, the two came to a small house built into and nearby river, surrounded by cute flowers. At first glance Owra was merely thinking that it was such a cute place and that this was not their destination, that is until Ascension jumped from his horse, and slowed his walking pace and then walked up to the house, his fluffy ears pops out and looked back at her, fire in his eyes and a smile on his face. After a couple seconds of thought, Owra realized what this was. Her new house...their new house. Eyes widening, Owra ran up to Ascension and pounced on him with hugs and kisses. She didn't even need to see the inside to see how perfect this place was.

"So does that mean you like it, darling?" Ascension finally spoke for the first time since leaving town. Owra smiled widely with a nod and kissed him on the lips again. This time the kiss was not so much a peck as the others were but a deep kiss. "So, shall we?" he gracefully bowed to his maiden and held out his hand. Owra shyly accept his invite and hold his hand "Yes, my prince..." she smiled.

Morning now, Owra slept in her mate's arms. It was an odd thing really, being able to seem both human and wolf at any given moment. Many people thought that she and her husband can't be together due to different nature. But nothing can stop something call love. She slowly opened her eyelids, saw her husband smiling at her and kisses her lips and forehead "morning sleepy head". Her face flushes. Is she in heaven? "M-Morning Ascy...". He chuckles and flicks his wife forehead "You need to change that. Maybe something sound sweet?"

"Err...D-Dear?"

"Correct" he kisses her again

Owra face became reddish again.

As the two lie there, Owra suddenly felt a kick against her stomach. A quiet gasp escaped her lips as her fingers wrapped her tight belly. Perhaps this day she couldn't carry on her guild work. Her child was soon to be born. Even Shizuka forbids her from doing heavy work. She should leave it to her guild members. The experience mother had said it was a very painful experience but worth the pain. Luckily Owra was giving birth to only one baby rather than more. However, Ascension used to tell her that wolf genetics are quite different from human. She might pregnant of twins. People could say she is the first bio-human ever giving birth.

Another kick to the stomach and Owra sat up, uncomfortable and in slight pain. This was nothing normal, just the baby probably reacting to the full moon. Daddy child afterall. It was very irresponsible of Owra to forces herself on work with the baby so close to birthing but, Owra's bad habits on working hard really began affecting her. Ascension lifted his head and looked at her, but Owra ignored him. It was nothing, just a energetic baby in her belly that was eager to come out soon. After a couple minutes of sitting there, the baby finally calmed down and Owra looked over at her husband with an apologetic smile.

"No worries, d-dear. All is well" Owra said to reassure her husband. Ascension kiss her cheeks then smiled and nudged her with his muzzle. Owra smiled and then curled back up against him. She was exhausted, they both were. Before long, sleep took them both.

Waking up with a scream, Owra couldn't believe the pain she felt in her stomach. Clutching her stomach with her hands, Owra tried to calm the pain, yet nothing could. This must be it. The baby could wait no longer. Looking around with fear in her eyes, Owra saw that Ascension was no longer there. Tears brimmed her eyes as Owra realized her greatest fears. Giving birth alone. She had always thought that Ascension and old woman would be here. That all would be well and it would be an easy process that would give out a beautiful baby that was half her, half Ascension.

Now that she was alone for this process, Owra knew the process would NOT be easy. So she curled her body to reduce the pain. Laying on her side and panting, Owra wondered where Ascension was. God how she wanted him with her! Suddenly, a pain ripped through her body and Owra couldn't hold back the scream that forced its way up her throat. Unsure of whether that was natural or not, Owra tried to move so there was less pain. Finally she found a position and stayed there, her front legs pushing her up so she was angled slightly.

Breathing in a certain rhythm, Owra found that it was easier to push the baby and keep a level head this way. He he ho...he he ho...he he ho. PUSH. He he ho...he he ho...he he ho...Another PUSH! Oh god this was going to be a long afternoon.

By the time the sun set and the moon was rising, Owra was exhausted laying on the bed, sweat matting her shirt and a crazed look in her eye. She was still alone, still in labor. She had been at this for the last 5 hours now and there seemed to be no break in it. Ascension was still no where to be seen and Owra was starting to become frantic.

Suddenly, Owra could hearl someone. Not just any someone, but her Ascension. Plus two others. With a whine, Owra tried to get Ascension's immediate attention and it worked. His silver hair was instantly visible after the whine and he saw what was going on. Owra could instantly see his face twist with sorrow as he realized he'd left her here waiting for him for so long. He was by her sides within seconds, however, rubbing his muzzle against hers, begging for forgiveness through action and not word. She returned his plea with a weak kiss and then he turned to one of the boys he had arrived with to go get the Old Woman and to tell her what was happening.

Feeling weak, Owra just laid there, no more energy to push, the pain ripping through her more frequently now. Owra lay there pain in her eyes, begging God to carry the Old Women to her swiftly so that she could know what to do. Luckily, God answered her pray and after a short fifteen minutes the young man returned with the Old Woman. The old woman did not have a name, nor did anyone call her anything other than Old Woman or Granny. She didn't care, she knew her age and was proud of it. Granny was instantly by her side after looking into the small yet roomy house and seeing Owra in her state.

After some coaching and a lot of pushing and pain, an hour later a young baby was born. Owra was so exhausted by this point that she didn't have the energy to bite off the placenta. After some pushing from her mate, Lila finally did as the Old Woman said. She said it was good luck and health for the baby, as well as returning much needed energy to the mother.

"So...what are you going to name the baby? The baby is a girl..." The Old Woman asked. Upon looking at the baby and her so black hair it almost looked blue, Owra smiled, nudged the baby whose eyes were not yet open and said "Shura...her name will be Shura..."

"KYAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!" screamed Owra as she woke up from her dream. Ascension, the one who took a nap next to her, jumped in surprise "What is it Owra?? Something wrong?" said Ascension in worried tone.

Owra look around and still found herself still at hillside. She remembers Ascension came by and joins her to enjoying the nature. Suddenly the scene of her dream pops out in her minds, and made her blush as she look at Ascension concern look. "N-Nothing! L-Let's go back to Thereall!" She quickly stood up and teleports back to city. Ascension tilted his head slightly wondering why she became strange and he began teleport back to city.

"Better be a dream than real..." Owra mutters and blushed to think that she will married to Ascension.
