Chapter 2: What now?

After everyone took turns trying to explain Renesmae, the girls were still getting used to the werewolf smell. They sort of understood Renesmae after they were done, but it was still confusing. Esme noticed that the girls didn't have any bags with them. " Didn't you bring clothes from wherever you came from?" she asked the twins. "No Ma'am." Mary said, not wanting to go into detail right then.

     Edward said okay and gestured for her to carry on. Esme showed them the guests room, since the twins were now vampires, they didn't need sleep so this room was only a formality and a curtesy really. It was, however, appreciated by the girls none the less. After that, they decided to look around. The house was more beautiful than they ever imagined.

When you walk in there is a short hallway that leads to a giant living room. The living room is simple but beautiful. The walls were a soft light green and the sofa was pure white with dark green square pillows. Their floors were beautiful hard wood and there was a huge flat screen TV on the wall. There's a dark brown wood coffee table in front of the sofa with the TV remote on it. When you walk to the left there is a medium sized dinning room with a small table and four chairs. The walls were the same color as the living room. 'I guess since we don't eat, there isn't really a need for a grand dinning room.' Tary thought to Mary. 'It is still beautiful though, whoever designed this house is a genius.'  Mary thought back.

     Connected to the dinning room is a kitchen. Even though there is no need of a big kitchen, they have one. 'It must be for Jacob and Renesmae.'  Mary thought. Tary nodded. There was a little room off the kitchen and it looked like an office so they moved on, not wanting to desturb anyone. They went up the stairs to find a hallway of doors. 'Must be the rest of the bedrooms...'  Mary observed. They went back downstairs to see jasper waiting for them. "If you don't mind me asking, how old are you?" he asked. "Two months." they said.

      jasper looked surprised. " how can that be? you didn't attack Renesmae!" he said. They looked confused. "Because we didn't want to. We never wanted to hurt humans." Tary said. Jasper looked more confused than anyone. "Why?" he said more to himself. He walked away after that. 'Well, Okay... That was weird... '  Tary thought. 'Yeah, I hope he's okay... ' Mary thought back. They stared after him for a while before they turned to each other again. 'Are you hungry?'  Mary asked. 'You read my mind!'  Tary said. They both laughed while running outside to hunt.

     When they got back they saw everyone doing random activities to pass the time. Bella and Edward were playing chess, well more like Bella was watching Edward beat her at chess. Emmit and Jasper were playing video games, Alice and Rosalie were looking at clothing designs, Esme was reading, and it sounded like Carlisle was in his office.

      The girls decided to talk to Alice and Rosalie, since they used to love clothes. "Hello." The twins said together. They turned around and said hello. "Those are beautiful! Who drew them?" Mary asked. "We did." Rosalie said with a braggy tone in her voice. The twins giggled. "They really are pretty. Can we try?" Tary asked. Alice nodded and gave the girls paper and pencils. The twins were always designing and sewing their clothes, so this was a piece of cake. 'This place is amazing! I never thought Alaska would be so much fun!'  Tary thought. 'Well it wouldn't have been fun without these wonderful people!'  Mary thought back.

When they finished, they noticed that they drew the same thing but in different colors. "Hehe, I guess we are twins.... who would've guessed?" Tary said. Everyone laughed. The twins had made up their minds. They were going to stays with Cullen's as long as they were welcome.
