Dean:
Bar. You were sitting a a bar and you look and see man sitting by himself so you walk over and talk with him for hours, learning that both of you are hunters. When you had to leave you wrote your name and number on the napkin.
Sam:
Library. You where too short to reach the book and he helped you. He stayed for a while talking and reading with you. After a few hours of the conversation you accidentally say you were a hunter, he tells you not to worry about it because he's one too.
Cas: You and him met when you went hunting with the Winchesters.
