The Girl Stuck with Demons

Chapter 6

I sigh, everything weird is happening in my life so fast I can’t even walk in peace I could probably go to the bathroom in peace though. I should go outside and see what he wants I walk to the door and go outside, he follows, damn he must really be a stalker if he follow he followed me outside I make sure nobody is around, they are so I can’t fight him but I can ask questions without people staring and gossiping. Turning around I say “so why are you following me?” he looked surprise “uh” is all he could say. I sit down in the grass (I’m acting like I’m not scared of him, which is good) “come on don’t act so innocent I know you were following me, so tell me why” I couldn’t read his expression on his face but when he was going to say something, he ran inside the building well then I guess he was a wimp.

I was confused about Mr. Stalker (that’s what I’m calling him) but I forgot about him a few minutes after that. I looked up at the blue sky, it didn’t have any clouds today it kind of looked naked that would be horrible, being naked to the whole world. I stay quiet for a while letting the birds be the only thing that I can hear “I think this is the only time I’ve been in peace” I smile hoping it would last and it does actually. Damn, it’s too quiet I go inside and believe it or I start thinking everything’s normal, but there is a commotion in the lunch room. I quickly go inside and look for the twins and Briana “she came to me first!” I heard someone said “no she did not!” another said I find Briana, yes finally, but only Alex was with her “where’s David?” but I realized I asked a stupid question of course he was one of the guys fighting I push the crowds away so I can see what’s going on “well, stop hitting on my girlfriend!” the guy said “I wasn’t on the first place!” David said. Well, I’m going have to stop this I walk forward and say “okay! stop fighting” I push them away from each other (I’m a pro at stopping fights, since Briana was in a Lot of fights I had to stop them).

“Who told you to butt in!” the guy said he was tall with black hair, had muscles and had an earring in his ear “I did” I said looking at him. “Well, go away before I do something” he said “like what, talk me to sleep” this made some people laugh “Ivy, you should go this is my fight” David said but I shook my head. “Listen to your friend” the guy said “no I don’t want to” he tried to punch me but I dodged it “trying to hit a girl are we?” I smiled he swung again but missed “fine then, since you want to fight” I kicked him in the balls and he fell down moaning I heard a few ooh’s in the crowd and with that the bell rings and the teachers are finally coming in, now you’re coming in?. Nobody snitches (not even the guys I hurt) because I never got called to the principal’s office but when we go to our next class, that’s what I kept thinking until the intercom comes to life and says: “Vladimir, please come to Mr. Snip (principal) office” well so much for hoping I got off the hook.

“I’ll be right back” I say to Alex and David then I leave the class room, to go to the principal’s office. I hope I don’t get suspended  I kept thinking to myself, I enter the office without knocking and I sit in the chair and go straight to the point I took a deep breath and said “I was defending myself and he started it first, but I will take punishment if needed”. He looked confused “excuse me?” I tilted my head but quickly said “never mind, why did you send me here?” he didn’t ask any questions what I said first “I called you here to ask for a favor” he said “and that is?” I was scared to ask well if it’s not about what happened at the cafeteria, then what did he want.

“Well, my son is coming to school today and I’m worried about him” he said this can’t be going anywhere good. I put my hand on my face “let me guess, you want me to be his friend” he smiled “and I don’t want anyone to hurt him”. Great, not only do I have to take care of the twins now I have to take care of a wimpy kid who can’t take care of himself. I’m becoming a babysitter without payment I looked to Mr. Snip “fine but” he sighed and I smiled “I want to be in the boxing club”. He thought for a moment then finally said “you have a deal, meet them next week after school” then a person came inside, a familiar looking guy.

When I get a good look at him I said “oh, it’s Mr. Stalker” but I quickly covered my mouth “excuse me?” said Mr. Snip. “Sorry wrong guy” I said “okay” he hesitated to say “this is my son, Mike” he just stood there looking at me. “Hey Mike” I say waving I look at Mr. Snip again “and I’m guessing he’s in my class” he smiled and nodded figured I sighed. I stood up and grabbed Mikes arm “well then, we better be going” I close the door behind me and once the door was fully closed I let go of mikes arm. “My name is Ivy” I said “ask me anything you want” we started walking in silence, but I couldn’t take it so I said “don’t get yourself in trouble or a fight” he only nodded “don’t you talk?” he nodded. “Then talk” I said he shook his head “then I won’t be your friend and I’ll ignore you until you say something” he shrugged “fine then” I walked in front of him maybe he’s still embarrassed about early today. We stayed in silence until we got to the room when we walked in I introduced Mike then walked to my seat, still ignoring him, then we go to the rest of the class time doing nothing but learn (I ignored that to). When the bell rings we go to our last class of the day, I get up so does David and Alex “come on” I say walking to Mike.

He only looked at me “yeah I know what I said, but you looked lonely” I crossed my arms across my chest “look at you being nice” Alex said I glared at him “did you get in trouble?” David said “nope” I said clearly lying. “So you’re new here too?” Alex said “yes” Mike said I glared at Mike “you ass” I said walking in front them “what’s up with you?” David asked but I shook my head and said “I just…remembered something important”. We get to the classroom and the twins and Mr. Stalker (I’m still going to call him that since he won’t talk to me, yes I know it’s childish) got along well, but I was still pissed he wouldn’t talk to me. As always I don’t pay attention in the class (I’m in P.E) but today we are playing basketball, my favorite game, Ms. B (the teacher) puts us in teams of three and we each get a team but me.

This isn’t what you think I was put for myself for a reason, you see I can’t work in teams when it comes to basketball and trust me, I don’t know why. “What, how come Ivy doesn’t get a team?” asked Alex “that doesn’t seem fair” David said I smiled “just keep your eye on the game” said Ms. B.
