Every End Is A New Beginning

First Day

 Monday

  I ran out the front door and through my lawn. My backpack bounced on my back as I ran through the road. The wind was blowing through my blonde with blue-tipped hair, making it stream out behind me. I have my sweatshirt tied around my waist. I wore a white crop top with light blue jeggings. I'm wearing a necklace with a golden key on the end of it. My watch beeped signaling the bus's arrival. I ran up the hill to the bus stop.

   "Hey, Kyati! What's the rush?" Oribia said as I stood next to her, barely out of breath. Her pink hair was pulled back in a ponytail that blew slightly in the breeze. "Well, you know that I love running, and my watch alarm went off so the bus should be here in 3, 2, 1." Just as I finished saying that the bus turned the bus turned the corner and stopped at our street. "You heard it!" Neko said. "Nope," I said as I pulled out my earbuds. I was listening to one of my favorite songs, Masayume Chasing.

   The bus doors to Fairy Academy opened and we walked up the steps to sit in our favorite seat. We piled in and all put in our earbuds and opened up Wattpad so we could continue our stories.

   The bus doors opened again and 4 girls and 2 boys got on the bus. Lissana, 2 of her friends, Natsu, Gajeel and Lucy. "Hey Kyati, Neko, Oribia!" Lucy said as she sat down in the seat across from us. "Hi, Lucy!" I said. "Hey!" "What's up?" Oribia and Neko said. "Kitty!" I heard behind my seat. I looked behind me and saw Natsu. "Yes?" I ask. "Wasup?" He asked. "Nothing." "Oh really? Whatya doing on this then?" He said as he grabbed my phone out of my hand. "Hey! Give it back!" I yelled at him. "Nuh uh!" He said. "Oh really? You wanna mess with me? Is that smart, Natsu?" I said back.
   We pulled into the school parking lot. We got up, me without my phone and got off the bus. I ran over to Natsu and punched him in the gut. "Give it!" I said. "Fine. Here ya go!" He said holding where I punched and handed me my phone. "That really hurt you know!" He said. "Good!" I said and tucked my phone into my jegging pocket and went into the school. I walked to locker 83, did the combo and opened it. I grabbed my art and tech-ed stuff from it.
   I closed my locker and found Neko. We walked down the hallway to twenty-first century and art. "See ya after class, Neko!"  I said walking into art class.
   "Please, sit anywhere!" Ms. Mira said. I sat down next to someone and pulled out my sketchbook. I worked on a drawing of Lucy for her. My hand moved along perfectly to make her eyes, and her mouth. I drew her hair and her neck. "Woah! That's really good!" The girl next to me said. "Thanks," I said and kept drawing.

   "Okay, today, since it is the first day of school, we are going to organize our materials, and plan out seating arrangements." Ms. Mira said. I sighed and did as she asked.

   The bell rang and we were dismissed from class. Tech-ed went pretty much the same. I walked back to my locker with Neko and Oribia and got my ELA stuff. "Hopefully this class will be less boring!" I said as I walked to class. "Yeah." Oribia sighed. "See ya later, Kyati!" Neko called down the hallway. I waved my hand at them and walked into class. Natsu sat there in a seat. I sat down next to him. "Hey, Natsu, how's your gut?" I asked playfully. "Haha, very funny." He said sarcastically. I smiled and punched his arm. "Damn you, Kitty!" He said. "Now how's your gut?" I asked again. "My gut, or my guts?" He asked. I laughed and pulled out my book. "Whatya reading this time?" He asked. "Warriors, Dawn of the Clans," I answered. "Hmm."
   "Okay, class! I am your teacher, Mr. Gildarts. Today, I don't care, so do whatever!" He said. "Wow. Did he really just do that? Is he allowed to do that?" I whispered to Natsu. "Heh. Doesn't matter!" He said and stood up. Some other people got up and started to run around and talk to their friends. I put on my music and sat there.

I walked out of class to my locker. "Useless teacher," I muttered under my breath. "Hey, Kyati!" I turned around and saw a girl with light blue hair, and strangely one eye was pink, and the other purple. She was about as tall as me, 6 footish. "Hi... do I know you?" I asked. "Weeellll, maybe. I'm Jeshika." She held out her hand. I took it and shook it. "I'm Kyati, but you probably already knew that," I said. She smiled. "Well, see ya Kyati!" She said and ran down the hallway.
   I smirked and grabbed my social studies things. I walked into class and saw Gajeel and Gray sitting near each other, but not next to each other. I walked in and sat down next to Gajeel. "Hey, Gajeel," I said. "Hey." He responded.
   "Okay, class. Please pull out some notebook paper and write down some notes about ma-pshh-Imean-Social Studies." Ms. Mavis said. I was confused, why did she say 'ma'? What is 'ma'?

   I sighed as I walked out of the classroom. So far, that class is my favorite. I stood at my locker and someone came up behind me and grabbed me. I spun around and got into my defensive karate stance. I dropped it when I realized it was Natsu. "Natsu! You know not to sneak up on me!" I said, punching his gut. "Oh c'mon Kitty!" He said holding where I hit him. "Why do you call me Kitty, baka?" I asked. [A/N: if you did not know, baka means idiot in Japanese] "Well, cats are cute..." he answered. I looked down flustered. I spun back around to my locker, grabbed my science stuff and ran down the hallway to class. "Hey! Kyati! Over here!" I heard. I still had my face hidden behind my hair. "Hi, Neko," I said blankly as I sat down next to her.
   "Sit. Don't get to close to me though. Pull out a science book from the shelf." Mr. Zeref said. He's so weird...

   I yawned at my locker. Class was stupid since Mr. Zeref is so... you know what? We'll leave it at that. One more class! Math.
   I sat down in an empty seat and pulled out my notebook. I wrote some of my story until the teacher, Mr. Makarov, started talking. "Okay, brats! I'll say this once! Get a math book, a sticker with your name, put the sticker in the book on the hard inside cover and set it, closed, on your desk." he said. I did as he asked and sat there waiting. "Now read the first 15 pages," he said. I sighed and flipped through the pages pretty fast.
  
   "Class dismissed" he said and everyone filed out the door. I walked out behind everyone to my locker. Yes! The end of the day! I found Oribia and Neko and walked out the back door in the main hallway to the waiting buses. We climbed onto our bus but we were the last ones on, and there were no seats. Lissana and her friends each sat in separate seats.
   "Hey, Lissana? Is it okay that you and one of your friends sit together so that we can sit?" I asked. "Why should we?" She retorted. "Uh, because I asked?" I responded. "Well too bad! We're not moving!" She said. Great. "Kitty! You can sit here!" I heard from a bit farther back. "Ome of us can sit with Gajeel, the other with Lucy?" I suggested. "That's fine," Oribia responded for both of them. Oribia sat next to Gajeel, and Neko sat with Lucy. I sat with Natsu. I saw him blush, but just barely. Of course, that made me flustered as well. I looked down so that my hair would hide my face.
   "What ya doing Kitty?" He asked. "N-nothing" I stuttered. NO! WHY! NOOO! WHY DID I STUTTER?! I sighed and got up. I could feel Natsu's eyes burning into my back. I got off the bus and said by to Neko and Oribia. I walked down the street to where my house is.

   I unlocked the door and walked inside. I walked through the quiet empty house and up to my room. I pulled up Wattpad and started writing.

I replied with 'nothing' and turned off my phone. It vibrated in my hand.

I sent him back 'sure' and grabbed my notebook and sketchbook. I ran out the door and rode my bike to his house.
