I woke up the next morning, tiredly trudging down the stairs. I found Dad, Elsa, Regina and Georgia already awake and fixing up breakfast.

"Hey guys," I said taking a seat in front of my dad, wiping my eyes and yawning.

Regina, my eldest sister smiled warmly at me and placed a plate of food in front of me. It seemed like everyone had already eaten. Strange, what was going on with them today?

"What's wrong with you guys?" I asked. Feeling the awkward silence, I narrowed my eyes at them. Being the youngest, I always hated when they hid things from me. “Regina, what’s going on?”

"We saw you with that surfer boy yesterday and we're all really happy for you." She grinned at me. My eyes widened.

"I can't believe my baby sister would have it in her to score one of the Enderson boys" Elsa said teasingly.

"No, no, no, no, no, you have it ALL wrong!" I protested. Just how often did they freaking see me with that jerk? I can't let my family get the wrong idea about me and that guy.

"But you want to have your hands on him, right?" asked Dad, raising an eyebrow.

"Oh, yeah! I think I even saw them going to get some snow cones!" Georgia said happily. "You guys were so cute together! I ship it."

I wanted to tell them about what happened and how much of a jerk he was, but part of me didn't even see him like that.

"Well looks like we did the right thing transferring you to Ridges High after all." Elsa finally said. "We were worried that you wouldn't know anyone at your new school."

"You what!?" I nearly screamed.

"You heard me." said Elsa. Now I didn't want summer to be over.

"Dad, you’re okay with this?” He nodded silently. “How could you do that without even talking to me first?!" I screamed, teeming with anger.

"We just did." Elsa shrugged.

I through my hands up "How could you do this to me?"

"Autumn,  you’re getting older now. It will be good for you to be with people your age." Regina stated.

"Yay." The worst part was I would have to see Collin every day.

"Well I'm sorry," she said, clearly not sorry at all. "But it's done now. You start on Monday."

I now have to go to that school. Why didn't they talk to me before deciding this! "M-Monday? " I squeaked "As in THIS Monday?"

"Yes, Autumn. What other Monday would we be talking about?" Elsa said, slightly annoyed. "We’re going to go shopping for your school supplies and books soon.”

"You know what, guys? I'm going out for the day," I stood up from the table and stormed to my room, getting ready to leave to God knows where.

But once I closed the door I broke down. I didn't want to go to that school. Why did they do this to me? I felt warm tears roll down my cheeks as I put an actual outfit on. Still unaware as to where I'm going to go all day. All I knew was that I wanted to get away from here. Be anywhere but here. I finally decided on the mall. There's plenty for me to do there.

About to leave, I reached for the door, but then froze. I didn't want to face them again. I couldn’t face them again. So instead I opened up my window and climbed outside. I hit the ground hard and dusted the grass off of my knees. Best landing ever, right? I thought.

I looked around and saw an elderly couple looking at me strangely. Probably because I just jumped out of a window. I would have been embarrassed at that moment, but I was too angry for any other emotion. I just shot them a glare and continued on my way. Ignoring everyone I pass by.
