In A Heartbeat {oneshot}

I rapidly ran across the rocky ground, sliding across to behind a large bush. I saw Thomas potter past and I clambered up a towering tree, watching Thomas down below. I smiled, a huge blush forming around my cheeks. He looked up at me as I gasped, feeling my heart thump. I hid but..My heart rushed out of my chest and started to follow Thomas, going into his hand and I ran over, trying to catch my little happy heart back. Thomas looked at me, wondering what I was doing. Suddenly, as I was trying to catch the heart, I fell on Thomas our lips so close. I pulled away and climbed into a trash bin with my heart. Of course, my annoying heart escaped following Thomas into school. I rushed into school with them and fell on top of Thomas, holding one hand of my heart while Thomas held the other. Everyone crowded around us, giving us disgusted looks. I breathed heavily and pulled the heart's arm and it started to crack, I hesitated then pulled, making the heart spilt in half. Thomas looked up at me sadly and I ran out of school, crying and sat near a tall tree. I had my hand in my hands as I sobbed. I glanced up, seeing Thomas, I gasped and looked away. He walked over to me, taking my hand, trying to get the other piece of the heart back. I pulled away, shaking my head. Thomas comforted me then put the two pieces back together. The heart glowed and came back to life, going back into my chest. Then..Our hearts were one. He held my hand tight and kissed the corner of my lip "I love you Lukas." I stuttered, squeaking softly and blushing a mess "I-I love you too T-Thomas." He helped me up as we went into school, everyone looking at us and scoffing as we held hands. But we ignored it. We were together. He pecked my lips then pulled away, giggling softly. I gasped and my fingers brushed over my lips. Even though some people might call this disgusting and some people might have pride for us. The heart..Wants what it wants. 💗
