mr. perfect (a hayes grier fanfic)

hi my name is Julia i have a older sister named Francine and we are moving from Arizona to north Carolina. "are you ready Julia" Francine yells from down stairs "yes" i say so i go down get in the car and just listen to music. after about hours of driving we finally get there. we go inside and my mom lets me and Francine pick our room i went before Francine because when she goes before me she always gets the bigger room. so i went upstairs and looked at all the rooms i found one room that was the biggest room ever. when i went down stairs to tell my mom and Francine goes down right be hind me and we both say at the same time "mom i want the last room that's at the end of the hallway" since we both wanted it my mom said that since Francine got the big room in the last that i get the bigger room in this house. i went outside and got my skateboard out of one of the boxes then i put my head phones on and started skate boarding around the block. when it was about my second time riding around the block i ran in to a really cute guy he had blue eyes and dark brown hair. when my wheel hit a rock i fell off and he came over and helped me up when we looked in to each others eyes i instantly fell in love with him "hi I'm Hayes" he said to me " I'm  Julia". " so your our new neighbors " " yeah i guess  so  " i said. then i went inside and when i walked into my room and all my stuff was set up and it turns out that Francine did it so i went into her room and thanked her then i went to bed.
