Charlotte was sipping her second latte of the day at the burnt toast
cafe which her gran owned. The rain was pouring down outside charlotte shivered as the wind howled. Her friend Sharon was ordering food as they hadn't met up for a while. Charlotte looked up at tapping at window she recognised that familiar face this he wasn't smiling, Charlotte knew something wasn't right. As Sharon came back from ordering their food pasta Charlotte's favourite only charlotte knew she wasn't going to enjoy it. Dean and Seth walked in. Deans eyes looked sad. Charlotte's heart sank, she knew what the answer would be she suspected for weeks. Sharon left with Seth as charlotte and dean needed to talk things over. Charlotte's eyed welled up she felt a stab in her heart. "You don't need to say anything dean I know" said charlotte as she threw her beautiful ring away. Dean was upset to see charlotte this way he could hit Fred for hurting his friend. As Charlotte starts up to Fred she sees new guy in outside of the cafe and she decided to go to talk to him but Fred see it as Dean told her about his new girlfriend and Fred about up dean stopping him from going to Charlotte.
Sharon returns with Seth, see charlotte crying. "Charlotte wait what's wrongs"yells Sharon. As charlotte runs off. Dean runs up to sharon and he Explains what's happened, sharon is shocked as charlotte hasn't said anything about Fred. Sharon thought they were so happy. Fred runs panicking into the burnt toast looking for charlotte. But she has left looking for him. Dean sees red as he sees Fred he is so angry Fred sees the anger in deans eyes. Dean throws the engagement ring in Fred's face."this has nothing to do with you" said Fred, you hurt my friend this has everything to do with me" shouts dean. Meanwhile sharon is with Seth looking for charlotte. Charlotte runs in the cafe she sees Fred she running to dean and yell at Fred "how could you betray me I love you have broken my heart"meanwhile Dane felt heartbroken for charlotte, he runs into the cafe and he sees Charlotte on the floor as she has fallen and hurt her ankle he lifts her up and carries her out. Fred see it everything hope she is going to love Dane and wish she would forgive him one day.sharon asks charlotte i she ok, charlotte just shrugs she doesn't have the energy to talk , Dane told them she is his soulmate because he has been looking for her since 18 years sharon is shocked to hear that she was doc along time ago. She designed the hovercraft for charlotte. Charlotte didn't know she is the love of Dane's life because she has been lied about it Fred had told her that Dane didn't feel that way about her. Charlotte felt so used and spent too long with the wrong man. Tears of anger welled up in her eyes. Dane put his arms around her and told her not to feel so bad as everything was going to be alright. Meanwhile shav is at subway she gets David some food. Dane has been Charlotte's side since she was started to date Fred and he kisses her to show her that he loves her so much but Charlotte ask Dane lifts her up as they stoping kissed and he carried her to her bedroom because she needed to talk to him about 18 years ago but Dane has been looking for her long he pulls her in him for kiss and then listening to her and she tells him about how she has been in love with him and she has been fighting for him since Fred was being lied to her about it Dane is shocked when he finds out how much she loves him and he will be there for her. Meanwhile Dean has not decided how to do it for Charlotte because Fred has been lied to them about Dane. Dane is angry because he's had to hide is feelings for charlotte all theses years. He feels a lot of time as been wasted, charlotte realises Dane feels the same a smile comes across her face Dane lifts charlotte up and gives her a big hug were she can hardly breathe. They decide to go for a walk it's still raining but they don't notice they are too wrapped up in the love to care. Charlotte suggests they go out for dinner, Dane doesn't want charlotte to go, "I need to get these wet clothes off" says charlotte. "Please don't leave just yet" pleads Dane. " look at my hair it's all frizzy" cries charlotte. "I don't care your beautiful as you are"! "I just want freshen up for tonight" said charlotte "ok you win, let me hug you before you leave"
Back at the flat charlotte jumps in the shower, she feel excited and scared as she's never felt like this before, Dane means the world to her. He's everything she always wanted. Charlotte begins to straighten her hair, when hears a knock on the door, charlotte is shocked to see who it is. " oh my god, how could you show your face here" yells charlotte. "Please don't shout at me" says Fred. "Just I don't want to see you again" cries charlotte. "You going out" asks Fred. " it's none of your business" says charlotte. " suppose you're getting ready for him" asks Fred. " as I've said before leave, before I say something I'll regret, there is nothing between us any more" said charlotte. Fred tries to get into flat. " I'll phone Dane if you dare come into this flat." Oh what's daaane going to do. Charlotte phones Dane, and explains what happened. Dane rushes over to Charlotte's flat. He sees Fred standing at door, his anger he can't contain any longer he rushed to calm down Charlotte. Fred takes off. Charlotte started to cry as Fred scared her, "don't worry I'm here now" " do you want to move in my flat because I don't want be alone. Cries charlotte, I think that would be a great idea, said Dane. They embraced each other. "Lets go" said Dane. They both are startled when a loud knock at the door," awww who's that" Dane says annoyed. Sharon and Seth are at the door, " "where have been charlotte I've been? looking everywhere for you, we have work to do" dane and Seth look puzzled, charlotte gives sharon a look, " oh it's nothing" stammers sharon, "ok what ared you two up to?" enquiries Seth. "Sharon can this not wait til tomorrow, Dane and I have plans" charlotte says annoyed. " ok catch you tomorrow but I have a heavy schedule. Sharon and Seth look at Charlotte with knowledge as they what those two are up to . Dane start remembers things from the past, Just Charlotte walking in reminded him. He didn't know where these memories were coming from , Dane pull charlotte in his arms and he did wish charlotte in his life.
Chapter two
Charlotte realised that Dane has started getting flashbacks and Remembering things from the past. Charlotte is very confused and doesn't know the best way to help Dane. Obviously she loves him and wants to help him but having never been in this situation before, charlotte doesn't know what steps to take for the best.
Charlotte has been following Dane in back to the future since he was a little boy so she does know quite a bit about him and his background. Charlotte has been in love with Dane since she first saw him on television all they years ago, she just never thought in her wildest dreams that she would actually ever get to meet him never mind them being together as a couple. Charlotte decided that tonight she was going to tell Dane the truth, but how do you tell someone you're a time traveller? Charlotte felt nervous as she couldn't find the right words. As they approach the restaurant Charlotte feels so scared, charlotte orders a large glass of wine, "are you ok? Asks Dane "you look worried" "no I'm fine just a bit upset with Fred" Charlotte told Dane about time traveling but he decided to go to with her because he is time traveller too, when they were about leaving the restaurant Fred and his girlfriend came in. Dane pulls Charlotte out of the restaurant because he knows Fred and he wants to push him away from Charlotte and him, Dane kisses Charlotte with Fred see it as well, Dane about to get car and Charlotte kiss him because she knew Fred watched her and Dane she doesn't care about Fred anymore but she cares about his family because they are always going there for her.
