"I'll be back." I say to James and walk off.
There I go again, leaving my guests alone. Sorry mom.
First I go to the living room. He wasn't there so I ckecked out back.
He wasn't there either.
"Hey mother? Where'd Roland go?" I ask as I walk up to her. She was reading some magazine.
" Oh! You mean the boy from before? I think he just left."
" I didn't see him go out through the front?" I was so confused. How could someone just disappear so fast without anyone seeing where they went?
" Really?" My mother looked a bit suprised. " Maybe he left through the back?" She suggested.
Why would he go out through the back?
I go back out to the backyard. I didnt see him anywhere. He must be gone by now.
I head back inside to and close the screen door. I turn around and run into something hard.
" Ow...!" I put a hand up to my head and look up to see what I ran into.
" So Roland came over? Thats the guy Medra said you were going out with. Right?" James said. He didn't look angry until his next question popped up.
" Is that why you didn't want me to come over? I understand." James turned his back to me and started walking to the front door. " I'll just leave now."
" Wait, James?! Whats gotten into you? Why are you acting like this? It doesn't make sense to me..." I blurted out.
" Don't worry Sophia... it won't happen again. I'll be going now so you can go run back to Roland." He looked more angrier than I've ever seen him.
" Rolands not even here anymore. He left, so you can stay." I suggest but he didn't lighten up.
" So you only want me to stay because your little boyfriend left. No thanks." He stormed off "See ya." He said as he went to his car and drove off.
I had a feeling that he didn't really mean that "see ya". I probably won't see him for awhile.
I close the door and walk up to my room. A bit heartbroken, I lay down on my bed and let out a long sigh.
What's up with him? We've been friends for years now and then suddenly he throws a fit and leaves for only God knows how long.
Geez... And then Roland decides to dissappear into thin air. Ugh... and guys think girls are the complicated ones.I stayed home for the rest of the day, ate dinner, then went to bed.
.I woke up the next moring. It was Saturday so I could sleep in but I guess my body had diffrent plans. I woke at seven and couldn't go back to dream land so I got up.
I sat down at the kitchen table and started eating breakfast.
I have nothing to do today... I could have Medra over? Yeah that seems nice.
I pull my phone out and call Medra.
It rung one... then twice... then a third time until it sent me to her voice mail.
She must be busy. I hung up and started thinking of what to do again.
Well, I could have hung out with James, but that seems like a not so good idea after what happend yesterday.
My thoughts about bordum grew until my phone rang.
Perfect! Something to quench my bordum!
