Things you'll need:
1. A baby doll
2. A flower crown
3. A bedroom or a living room
That's all you'll need.
First, go in your bedroom or living room and sit on the floor. Next, wear the flower crown. Next, cradle the baby doll like if it's a real baby. Then chant, "Debbie please help me, I'm a lost child." When you stand up you'll see her.
Warning: if your 13 and older she Will kill you. But if your 12 and under then she'll not kill you but she'll kill your parents or any adult you live with. Then she'll kidnap you and adopt you as her child.
You can't call the police because she'll turn insanity and kill you on accident because her insanity side has a mind of it's own.
