Title: Nightscape
Genre: Mystery/Thriller
Plot: There are twins, MC1 and MC2. They both get caught up in a car accident, their mother died protecting MC1. However, MC1 becomes blind and crippled and MC2 manages to survive.

MC2 becomes a detective to support MC1 for their medical bills, while unbeknownst to MC2, MC1 suffered sociopathy during the accident.

MC1 goes to their doctor normally, but this time—there's a new doctor who gave them a drug to swallow right before they sleep.

So one night, MC1 dreams that they could see and walk and MC1 gave this as an opportunity to kill. Once MC1 woke up, they found out that the person they killed was killed in real life.

MC2 investigates that particular murder. MC1 found out that MC2 was investigating, but they know that they'll never be a suspect, after all—what can a blind and crippled person do anyway?

A/N: This plot is a cat and mouse chase game, half-inspired by L and Light Yagami from Death note and half-inspired by Nunnally Lamperouge/vi Britannia from Code Geass. You could make the new doctor a possible antagonist (**hint-hint: red herring). Also note that I didn't mention the father. ;)
