SEVEN

Scott told me to go help Cora. I look at them. I'm the only one who can stop the alphas. Apparently. I asked Chris Argent for some of his knives. So here I am waiting for everyone at the hospital. I'm standing around with Peter. While I'm here I look at every detail of the envelope. 

"What are you reading?" he asks. 

"Something that's called none of your business," I say. I hear Melissa talking after Peter yet again yelled when they're getting Cora out of her. 

She stops talking when she sees Peter. "You're suppose to be dead," she says. I look at them. They dated before. I start laughing at that. 

"I get that a lot actually," Peter says. I can't stop laughing. I forget sometimes they don't know that I know this. 

Melissa looks at him very unprofessionally. Melissa ends up just walking out. I punch Peter in the back. Then I see Derek calling. I answer it. "Alex I need you to keep Cora where she is. Jennifer is the only one who can help Cora," he says. 

"I hope you trust that sociopath. If she doesn't I am going to kill her myself," I say. I hang up than look at Peter. 

"Derek found a solution to keep Cora alive. They will be here soon," I say. I look at him. He looks around. "Can you hear that?" he asks. I look at him unsure of what he is talking about. Then I hear the thuds. 

"Peter we have a big problem," I say. "Get Cora now!"

i step outside the elevator. I see Ethan and Aiden. "What are you guys doing here?" I ask. 

"We heard your phone call with Derek," they say. "We're going to kill her. She is here to end us and that includes you." 

They see Peter and they walk past me trying to get to him. I look at them. I throw a knife at them. They look at me. "Sorry but I can't let you get them. So if you're going to get them you have to get through me." 

They're going to actually do it. I look at them I grab my extra knives. They start coming towards me. Oh Derek better pay me back big time for this. I guess this is paybacks for every time they pissed me off. "Peter get out of here," I yell. 

They try to punch me but I duck down and then look at them. I slice their chest. I hate every moment of this. They throw me back but I get up. I see them following Peter. I run and jump on their back. I dig the knives in their back. "I am really sorry about this you guys," I say. "Imagine this as our getting even again."

They throw me off their back. "See like that. Imagine this as our usual year blow out fight. We can have it early this year," I say. 

I see one of them is hesitating. "I guess you guys don't like the thought of having it early. I understand," I say. They punch me. Boy I can tell you that hurt. 

I feel that they enjoyed it. They get to Peter and he fights them for a second. Then gets thrown out of the doors and to the elevator. I see Derek and I sigh. They throw me to the elevator doors too. "Aiden, come on, I think we can talk this out," I yell. I grin a bit. Once I get up I see Jennifer leaving. 

I follow her into the elevator. I punch her. "You're suppose to help Cora. If you think for a second you're going to try and run think again," I say.

When the doors open she tries to walk out. I grab her and pull her back. She sees what almost killed her. I pull her back into the elevator. "Alex dear. Bring her to me," my father says. 

"Sorry but I need her," I say. Kali runs up to us. She gets to the doors before they close fully. Jennifer eyes turn grey and she slams on the doors. I look at her.
