unexpected love

                                                                    CHAPTER ONE: The Dance    

It was a school dance and i was talking to my friends jordan and brian, We were talking about going to the park and playing football or rugby, rugby was more of my sport but i didn't mind. I looked over jordan's shoulder and seen my friend kieran, he looked nervous and looked really shy which wasn't like him, so me being me, I walked over and asked him " what's wrong ", and he replied " I am supposed to dance with that girl over there but i am to scared to go over and ask her ", i let ou a chuckle and said " i will handle it, give me 2 minutes ", so I walked over to the girl, she was wearing a black dress with black shoes, I tapped her shoulder and said " Hi, i heard my friend over there is supposed to dance with you, he's to scared to say anything so I am here to ask you if you want to dance with him for the next dance? ", she chuckeled and said " tell your friend that i would be honoured ", i knodded my head and I walked back over to kieran and said " it's a yes go dance buddy ", i smiled and he ran over onto the dance floor and unexpectedly a love song came on and the DJ said with a grin into his mic " it's time for the waltz ", the girl looked at me and smiled and then she looked at kieran and he took her hand and they danced, luckly they both knew the waltz. 

After a few minutes it was time for the switch over so Kieran span the girl, she expected for another guy to catch her but no she was left embarrassed, but before she could walk off the dance floor I ran up and took her hand. She looked at me and giggled and said " can you dance ? ", I laughed and said as a joke " Wow, I'm a bit insulted, I am just kidding and no but I can try ". She laughed and said " Ok ". So I took her hand and she took mine she rested her hand on my shoulder and I rested my hand on her waist and for a moment I looked into her eye's and thought "( WOW her eye's are so beautiful !! ) ". After about 30 seconds of staring into her eye's I finally got the courage to say " You look very beautiful by the way ", she smiled and said thank you ", I laughed and said in a jokey voice " What  ?, no your handsome or good looking ", she laughed and said " ok, your very handsome tonight ", I laughed and said " I know sarcasm when I hear it ", she smiled then laughed. Soon after the dance ended and we went over to my friends who were now standing talking to her friends. I said to her " This is Jordan and this is brian and I turned and said and your name is ?? " and she replied " Oh, sorry my name is jasmine ", I thought to myself "( wow what a beautiful name ). Soon after all the music stopped and it was time to go home, but before I left I said good bye .
