"Hello love.." I said to my wife, she was wearing a hospital gown, her snow white hair and her beautiful green eyes caught my eye at first though. She was in a plain white hospital room, she had some surgery done to try and find more of the tumors that were possessing her body. She looked at me with a longing in her eyes and stretched her hand out for me to take.
"My love, its been a while, had a little trouble?" She gazed at my outfit, I was wearing a black trench coat with faded blue jeans and slacks. She had a slightly worried look but her gaze was still distant. She still cares so much....
"No problem at all my dear, he was just a little startled to see me so soon." I started to daze a little, remembering the look on the young mans face.
The look of that boys face when I showed up at that hospital....broke my heart a little... he was a teenager, just turned 17.... barely got to grow up....
"Dear...?" My wife said, snapping me out of my daze.
"Sorry, he was just.....young.." She knows that I always have troubles with younger people.... I have to do it though....
"Sit next to me for the rest of the time remaining." She said tiredly, she knew her time was coming, she could feel it I think.... most people do though... You get a relaxed feeling. A too relaxed feeling.
I walked next to her bedside in the twin bed at the hospital, she put up a good fight considering how long she had tumors in her body.
"I will see you soon my love.... Remember that I will always love you." My wife said with a tired look taking over face.
Its time....
She fell asleep soon after and I started to tear up.... I took out my letter... it read

Death in slumber.

I started to tear up even more, I placed my hand over her face and rests my index and middle finger over her eyes and I closed my eyes....
Bep....bep....bep.....She took her last breath...beeeep.... She's dead.
I opened my eyes and got up from the bed. I turned around and rests the blanket close to her chest and walked out of the room.
I let my tear roll down my cheek and down to my chin where it dripped off to the floor. I reached into my pocket to pull out a new note....
RULE 1 of the scythe:
When someones time has come raise, your hand over there head and place your index and middle finger over there eyes and close your eyes and say:
May your place be deserved and your afterlife be long.
